For the price you’re paying, they should have the pool available from Memorial Day to Labor Day like they say they’re going to!!! They have all year to fix problems with the pool, and it’s almost the end of June and STILL there are issues with it!!! We should all receive a discount since the amenities they’ve promised are not available!!! Absolutely absurd! I wish I would’ve known and I would’ve spent my money elsewhere! Will not be back another year and highly recommend you find somewhere with a more caring, competent staff ESPECIALLY for the price!

Every few months they need to be in my apartment for pest control and routine maintenance, which I understand. The issue is that I'm given less than 24 hours notice and there is no window in which to expect them so I can't shower, bathe the baby or do anything private all day without fear of maintenance letting themselves in when I don't answer the door. I pay to have pets and if I go to work they wind up locked in the bedroom together all day over a 5 minute maintenance check because I can't plan around their surprise visits.

I have been here for a year and the apartments are great. It is quiet, and neighbors are friendly. It is a good price. The balconies on the top levels now have a roof over them so it is awesome to sit outside. The pool is so clean and great. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Definitely a place to call home. Oh and very pet friendly with lots of walking space to exercise your dogs.

I just moved in and I'm very happy with my choice. Everyone working for Brentwood has been extremely helpful and pleasant to interact with. I had an issue with the washer hook-up, and it was fixed the same day. No further issues so far, but I am confident that if something does come up, they will resolve immediately. Great place, great people.

I am a current resident and I love the community. My issues come from the maintenance team and management. My garbage disposal was leaking so they replaced it. I have no problem with that, however, it took almost a week or over a week to accomplish this. In that time, I asked to be notified once they identified the problem and once they figured out what would need to happen to fix it. No one called. I had to call every day to find out what was going on. It was very frustrating for me because I could not use half of my sink for an entire week.

If I could go lower I would. This place was a nice place when you looked at it. If you do stay there make sure you have no pets or children or pets. Then make sure you don't drop anything on the carpet either. And if you are the person that cleans your apartment before you leave don't bother. Because you will not get your deposit back because they will lift up the carpet and find everything spot they can.

Brentwood was a great home to me for many years. After having surgery, I had to move back in with my daughter but the office was wonderful about my departure and explained all I would need to do to get my deposit back. Very helpful girls and will answer any questions you have. If my situation were to ever change, I'd be back here in a heartbeat!
