Too expensive for what you get. Very old buildings so things are always breaking, and getting maintenance in is a whole process.

Only been there2 months. Clean and quiet. Friendly neighbors. Office people are nice. Maintenance is always out and about keeping the grounds very clean. Very happy there.

I lived here for 2 half years , I really liked it. Office people were great, Meghan, and Brenda terrific always courteous and very helpful. Maintenance was good always fixed anything on time no hassle. Only issue was the neighbors too noisy walls are paper thin and parking, people always parking in your spot. Other than that nice place to live.

Rent seemed very reasonable for the size and location. Only been living here for a few months but but no complaints the office staff and maintenance has been great and helpful. Very quiet also we never hear our neighbors.

Travis the maintenance supervisor is tops! He’s so accommodating and expedient. It’s comforting to have any issues remedied so quickly and to feel safe & secure while the maintenance team is in your home. Imo he’s much more than a maintenance supervisor.

I really love living here. The maintenance people are awesome and so are the office staff. I absolutely adore them. I would definitely recommend people to live here. You guys would love it.:D

I love living here. The only thing is that I found black mold in the wall of our bathroom and it shows up in other various spots through out the home. I just spray it with bleach water. It's not perfect but it still is really nice with the large space and family friendly neighborhood.
