I love living here. Our building is small and one of the newest ones. The apartment is super nice, modern, and spacious. Location is great. Our neighbors are respectful and friendly. People on here like to complain about their electric and water bills - y'all do know that how much you pay depends on YOUR OWN usage, right? Not sure how that's management's fault. Maintenance has always responded within a day to any requests I put in. I really like the pool as well and wish I could stay open past Labor Day.

True cost of your simple apartment is hidden by all the utilities they force you to pay. They start out at not that great rates for the room and toilet your getting, but by the time $375 of utilities are factored in such as Cable, Electricity, Internet, Sewer, Trash, Water, its not a good deal at all!!

Ridgeview is great. I couldn't wait to move in to help get closer to my friends and work. I was shocked by how kind and personable the staff is. Thank you Tiffany! They really get to know the people that live here and are very helpful. They answer questions and concerns so quickly and brighten my day. The mail gets delivered well, there are grocery stores all around, no crime, many friendly faces and cute puppies! What I really like is I do not ever hear my neighbors. In many apartments you hear people through the wall, but I never hear them here. It is so great!

This is actually the second time I have lived at Ridgeview Apartments. Both times, I've had great experiences! The property is always neat and clean and the office processes maintenance request immediately. It's been a great place to live this past year. I would definitely recommend Ridgeview to anyone moving to Statesville.

My wife and I just moved to this location. We like it very much. The staff here are excellent. Ashley manager, Amanda Administrative and Troy maintenance have made our transition to our new home much easier. We like our apartment home. Last but not least the staff are always ready to answer any questions you may have. Thank you Ridgeview Staff.

We have loved living here at Ridgeview Apartment complex since May 2017. We recently asked to have some modifications done on the bathroom. They were done very efficiently and quickly. The maintenance department and the office staff are very good at their jobs and are really friendly. Our moving here was a good decision on our part. We would highly recommend this apartment community.
