These people are the WOST!! They don't respond to maintenence requests . It could be an dire emergency and they just ignore you.
Their property manager is garbage, At Greenwood.
Sink has been leaking for 2 weeks and corporate Jane said, well I'll put in another message and hopefully they will come out!!! HOPEFULLY???? It was just excuse after excuse. SAVE YOURSELF...DONT MOVE INTO ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES.

I have not had peace since I have lived in one of their properties. Management is slow and does not get back with you until days later. They DO NOT CARE about their tenants. Our entire ceiling was leaking and we first reported it they sent maintenance and they said nothing was wrong but they left a big hole in our ceiling for a month! And guess what? Our ceiling began to LEAK AGAIN. Hannah is rude an unprofessional, she doesn't answer her phone and downplays urgent situations. I would not do business with them, I'd run in the other direction. This is only a portion of the issues my roommates
