Studio M Team Focused Fitness Training offers unlimited classes in a supportive, team environment. Our high energy atmosphere will keep you motivated while our approach to training ensures your workouts are never the same and highly effective. Studio M also offers Small Group and Individual Sessions in addition to our regularly scheduled classes.

We are focused on providing a personal experience where there is a sense of camaraderie in the attainment of health and fitness goals. We believe that fitness isn't only about the weight you lose, its about the life you gain. Classes are held Monday through Saturday to meet your busy schedule and to help you achieve your health & fitness goals.
