Eric D'Agati has spent the past 20 years in the fitness industry as a coach, trainer and instructor, pioneering his unique approach to client assessment, performance enhancement and injury prevention. His company, ONE Human Performance, provides fitness, training and wellness services in New Jersey and operated as multidisciplinary facility for 12 years before Eric moved on to focus solely on his coaching and consulting services.

Each year, Eric travels around the world teaching and speaking for such prestigious organizations as Functional Movement Systems, New York University Medical, Navy SEALS, US Army, NJAHPERD, NJSIAA, Nike and SPARQ Camps, Frank Glazier Clinics, The Mayo Clinic, The American College of Sports Medicine and multiple major universities.
Eric's vision was to create a multi-disciplinary center that brought together the top experts in multiple fields to work together systematically to improve client's health and performance. Our first facility was located on Route 46 in Pine Brook, where we stayed for six years. The original facility not only offered high-level Personal Training, but also Chiropractic Care, Massage Therapy and a wide variety of classes ranging from Yoga to Tai Chi.
Eric D'Agati has been instrumental in my development throughout my professional career. His focus on both injury prevention and functional strength has been a mainstay of my training and will continue to be so.
