I think St Clair is a demon & definitely not a Saint. My mom purchased a house that he had bought at the court house steps. He failed to pay the outstanding taxes & tried to force my mom to pay them. I had to go to his crappy office on Wible which featured a large can of roach spray as the main decor. I refused to leave until he agreed to pay the past due taxes.He ended up paying them, but it was not a cordial interaction nor was he in any way apologetic for putting my elderly mother in a worrisome situation. I believe this is his standard operating procedure. It's

They owned the house that we rented for two years. When we moved into the house the house was in great shape but the back yard was an absolute disaster. (back half of the yard was 100% dirt) on top of the back half being dirt the yard was completely dead. We spent the entire two years in the house with no problems. I spent my own time and money to seed the entire back yard, and deal with gophers. After two years the yard was in good shape and we even put in a small fire pit. Upon moving out they charged us $250 for needing work they said in the back yard, and refused to give that money back. They

My experience was bittersweet i rented from them 10 yrs the managers at casa real were wonderful i was a great tenant i am very disappointed and dissatisfied though from the property manager on wible road Darlene schmnowski there were huge discrepancies in my deposit refund i called to discuss them politely she was rude insensitive she insulted me verbally because my baby was crying so my resolve is lengthy now court better business bureau and fair housing issues
