I really don’t like to put my personal life out there… but I am going to because of the experiences I’ve had with Roman & Gaynor. 4 years ago I was rear ended and as a result had a serious injury. Many months of my life were spent in treatment and pain. They walked me through this process and ensured all my medical bills were paid and my time off of work and pain and suffering was highly compensated. I had an unfortunate experience where a driver turned directly into my path while on a bike in a parking lot (I was in the proper lane) resulting in my colliding with his vehicle and fracturing five ribs. I gave the insurance company a chance to do right by me but unfortunately they really didn’t. I hired Roman and Gaynor knowing full well that they understood the impact of incidents like these on a cyclist. The firm was responsive and sought after what was fair. I recently went with Morgan and Gaynor because I heard they were phenomenal. They’re board certified trial attorneys who are compassionate and empathetic. I called on a weekend and spoke to someone. Mr. Gaynor met with me on a weekend during the pandemic. He was understanding of my situation.
