The apartments inside layout is okey, but the whole place is dirty, management is rude to the top, and this is a very noisy olave to live in, neighbor s have loid music all day and night! There ara always people screaming at night also. Laundry room is diagusting necause the lady who is supppse to keep it clean spends all her shift chatting and chatting with spanish speaking residents. Bery disappointed about this place.

It’s not safe for your children and not safe for ANYONE to be in this place. Neighbors are loud, rude and have living like 9 people in a small one bedroom apartment plus Management is WORSE lol so don’t even dare to complain to them. The paint pills off and it’s made of lead! These are just a few list of the crazy things in this place

The best apartment complex. Parking is amazing, the staff is really nice and they are always up keeping the areas. From the pool, to the laundry room, gym area.
It’s a nice calm area to be in. Something is always being consistently cleaned. So far I’ve had no issues with these apt and I’ve been here for about 8 months

So far so good. Maintenance is very quick to respond to any needs and the office staff were practicing safe protocol during the application process. Area is quiet so far, and there are always available guest parking spaces in the back. I suppose if you live in the front it would be a different story.

The management staff here is completely rude. I came in to turn my application and arrived at 540 and she stated that we had 15 min to finish the application process because they close exactly at 6. My dad proceeds to ask her, are you open Saturdays and she replies by saying I don't speak Spanish. My dad then repeats himself and she raises her voices and says you need to make an appointment with me. From the moment we walked in her attitude and remarks were unacceptable. Not worth even coming to take a look. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Don't take a unit by the road.
Best value in the area. I've lived in two units.
Parking is fixed - I swear people were having their families leave their cars here because as soon as they moved to the new parking management company and required people to sign in their guests, I haven't had any issues parking at all.
Termites are still bad. I picked a second floor unit so when the ceiling collapses, I have a better chance of surviving.
My old unit had a nasty roach problem - I was right next to the road and the trailer park. My new unit is great though!
