I have lived here 32 years and I love it here. Well maintained and if something goes wrong, maintenence is great about taking care of the problem very quickly. They are wonderful. Office staff is very friendly and cares about the tenants. Don't believe the bad review that was listed here because it was totally untrue. Complex is nice and quiet. I wouldn't have lived here 32 years if it was a bad place to live. Best apartment complex I have ever lived in.

Loved the location of our apartment. Apartment was very nice and clean. 1st month we moved in a pipe burst in our bathroom and flooded our bathroom and flooded through to our closet drenching our belongings.
The downfall to living here is management when you call to talk to management you get put on hold and then find out they are unable to take your call and leave them tons of messages and never get a call back. So you end up having to call them over and over again. They never will call you back. Management might seem nice and friendly but extremely not professional and does not act on a professional

Do not move in here, it’s horrible, management doesn’t respond to any other tenant complaints or maintenance issues. Don’t be fool by there soft talk or to their so call model apartment, too many plumbing issues.

Looks like a awesome place. My friend lives there. The rent isn't bad--for Southern California. And considering it has a pool too.
I would like to move back to Southern California, but too expensive to live there now.

Lived here from 2006-2009 and would go back anytime.
Mainly dealt with Ro and Marisela in the office and they were both great.
The place that I lived in was privately-owned, I paid the rent on time every month and I think the rent went up a total of $50 in the 3 years I was there, very fair.
I also dropped my keys in the drop box when I moved out and didn't have any issue getting my deposit back, which is not always the case.
5 Stars there.
Nice, quiet place and fairly spacious compared to some other places I've been.
The only negative was that the units off of San Bruno/San Mateo where I
