Great Oak Counseling is to provide light and offer a place of stability during the storms of life.
I believe that curiosity is one of our greatest gifts. I became a therapist because I believe that one of the most important things we discover in life is who we are. Every therapist has areas of expertise. I have done a lot of training and work in trauma, adoption issues for all members of the constellation, anxiety, depression and challenges that first arise in childhood and adolescence.
