Horrible experience with Dr. CC. She is unprofessional, contradictory, exerts her personal opinion during sessions and I would typically leave her office feeling worse than when I walked in. Do yourself a favor and find another therapist who has empathy and actually cares. You won't find it here.

Prior to my first appointment, I received 2 phone calls about 2 minutes apart telling me that my appointment was first at 5 PM and then the second told me that my appointment was now at 6 PM. This counseling center is amazing. All of the therapists are wonderful. We have been using their services for a few years and between multiple family members have seen a couple different therapists. All wonderful. Highly recommend for children and adults.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! After Emily, the counselor I was working with implied depression is a matter of "believing in yourself" I did not continue using their service. I did however receive a bill for over $1,500. I gathered all credit card receipts, insurance claims and pay out records, color coordinated it all, and sent it to the billing department and yet it still took MONTHS for them to conclude that they in fact owed me a refund. I settled for less than half of what they actually owe me because I am so desperate to be done with their company. But yet I still can not be because TWO WEEKS later I still
