I had never been to this funeral home, though my family comes from Floyd, VA. My Brother's funeral was yesterday. There are not sufficient words to express the gratitude I & my family feel for the staff. They were kind, compassion & caring owners & staff. Well organized. They walked the family through the process. Their Chapel & viewing area was the perfect place to pay our respects to my Brother, whom we so loved & will greatly miss.
