Clarence W. Maberry and C. Oden Maberry established Maberry Funeral Home on the second floor of the Maberry Store in Willis, VA. in 1927. C. Oden's leadership and commitment to the business spanned 8 decades. He never retired and was in the office working the day prior to his death. Maberry Funeral Home was relocated in 1936 to the current Floyd location.
Maberry Funeral Home has been proudly serving the Floyd community for over 85 years. Our staff and qualified funeral directors are committed to providing every family with the service they need to honor their deceased family member with the highest level of care and respect. Our funeral home is a small business and like many others in the community, out of necessity, we operate on a cash basis, relying upon the families we serve for prompt payment. We do not have sufficient financial resources to extend credit over a period of months or years, nor does law allow us to fulfill the functions of a bank or other lending institution.

When a loved one has passed, you may be overcome by grief and feel overwhelmed by the details of funeral arrangement.
