Roosters everywhere crowing as early as 4am. I feel like I’m living on a farm. Rent is too high for my sleep to be interrupted every morning. Asked the front office if they plan to remove them and was basically told “Oh they’re free to roam” which completely sucks. Nice gym though and maintenance is excellent.

From the first call that we had with Chad Galisa, and through out our whole moving process, including the first week we are at our new home in Kalaeloa Rental Homes, he has been extremely helpful, professional, and made every detail of our move so easy. The community is very friendly, and the properties are very well kept. It is a very peaceful place to live. And as far as convenience, the location is perfect! So far our stay here has been nothing but a blessing. We thank Chad and the rest of the staff for being so helpful and nice. Mahalo.

The Leasing/Office staff have been very helpful, informative, and engaged. The unit is roomy, nicely equipped, and the Maintenance Staff keep the grounds looking amazing. The facilities (pool) is clean, the furniture is very comfortable, and there are a lot of nice amenities. Overall, great place to live !

Chad was awesome!! We are looking for a home and he never made us feel like I was just a number. He listened to our needs and even thou they didn’t have want we needed he suggested other places. I wish they had want i wanted, but if you want someone who will care more about my family needs than just another sale… I would really recommend him to everybody!!

Just want to give a shout out to Courtney, the leasing agent who showed us around Kalaeloa. She was very open and honest about the property and the available units. I felt like she truly cared about us being happy in our new home. As of now, we have not chosen a property, however Kalaeloa is one of the top choices primarily due to Courtney.

DOD Members......The property owner will raise the rent at random in a ludicrous manner. My lease renewal increased by $438 a month due to a " better housing market after COVID-19". My neighbor was $275 increased for the classic (unrenovated) units. My final bill (hard to understand) was $167.00 after subtracting all the charges from the $500 deposit including a $20 charge for taking the empty trash can back to the unit as I placed it on the curb before leaving. I will highly recommend looking at property somewhere else.

From my first call to the leasing center, Chad G. was awesome! He was friendly, energetic & so helpful on the phone as well as in person. On our tour he made sure all of our questions and curiosities were handled professionally but still easy going, no pressure. He even engaged with my elderly father! From day one everyone, even the maintenance people were so friendly and helpful!
Chad was there for us throughout the entire leasing process, move in and even a month after move in to answer any questions we had, to make sure we were aware of the little things like when trash or recycling pick up

My experience at Kalaeloa Rental Homes has been wonderful! From inquiring to signing the lease, everyone has been super helpful and friendly!!
The pool area is very modern, open and I love the chaise lounges too! Their pet friendly atmosphere and awesome dog parks are the best I've seen on the island! Literally something for everyone to love here!

We are new to the apartment community, but I see how well they keep the place clean and also I have not experienced huge issues so far. We did have a few small issues when we moved in and the maintenance team was able to take care of it immediately. They were very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of.

I can't begin to tell you how wonderful this neighborhood was to us! We where fortunate to have a beautiful unit with wonderful neighbors who looked out for one another. If anything was not working, maintenance was on the scene sometimes the same day. For the almost 3 years living there, I was completely satisfied with the management, maintenance department and amenities. Thank you Kalaeloa for going over and above for us!! Five Star rating all the way! !!

Love love love our new home😍😍😍so close to the beach I could ride my bike, right by my son’s school and near I the stores I love!! My rental agent Jennifer made us want the place immediately because of her sweet attitude and her knowledge of the application process.Kalaeloa was our first and last stop😎

Woohoo shout out to Jennifer Randall for being such a doll that’s my girl!! She is awesome let me tell you that, she is so fun, she is so patient, she’s just all around awesome!! We ran in to a little problem but she never gave up, what was suppose to take 2 days to process she did within a matter of hours and i finally got the keys to our new home just in time for thanksgiving!! Keep doing what you doing girl cause your so good at what you do and I can’t thank you enough for your help from the very beginning!! Mahalo!!

Horrible! Everything you could imagine goes wrong there. You’re electricity bill is always high, the electric company tells you one thing while Kalaeloa says another. DO NOT SET UP AUTO PAY. they just taken 900 dollars more then what they said they were gonna do, because someone didn’t do their job and manually correct the error They had done. I… went to their offices twice to make sure everything was correct and they still Taken out extra money. Now they’re saying I’m Gonna have to wait three or four weekS to receive my money. DO NOT RENT THERE. THERE ARE BETTER
