Looks like developers did a really cheap renovation job. This place is haunted. It used to be an abandoned building riddled with squatters, drug addicts, late night parties, you name it. I saw a ghost in here once. It walked from one end of the room to another in a room opposite me. I went to go check it out and the ghost apparently walked straight through a wall because there was no door or window in the direction it walked. It had a top hat on.

Recently there have been a few things that have been upsetting to me and other residents. If these issues are fixed, future residents have less to worry about, it not, at least you have the knowledge prior to renting.
-parking lot lighting has been poor. The lights are ran by solar, and the reasoning I have heard is that the batteries are not holding the juice to keep the lights on for so long. So by 4 am (one time I noticed at 11:30pm), majority of the lights are off in the parking lot. Management is aware of the situation and claims to be having it worked on. There is a security guard, but it

We have been living here since August 2016. We are enjoying living at Wakea Gardens. Amanda, the community manager is very knowledgeable and down to earth. She always answers the questions we have for her which makes living here very easy. Engel, the maintenance technician is always here to help with any fixes that we need in our unit. The landscaping around the buildings are well maintained and very nice. Overall, we enjoy living here!

I have no idea what everyone is complaining about. Of course people always something ridiculous and negative to say. But honestly? I love living here. My wife and I tell each other that every day how much we love our place. Gosh, appreciate what you have and stop complaining about every little thing.
The gardens are simply beautiful. We enjoy walking our dog every day because of the beauty we get to enjoy. They're all one bedroom apartments, which is perfect for small families. The rent is affordable. The location is close to everything in Kapolei. They did an excellent job at renovating

So I've decided to post my review, we moved in July of last year..We have had nothing but hassles since. Constant blackouts, the first time was 12 hours, than 17 hours, and so on...When we called the after hours emergency number we were told not to call about the power outage...Then it was the fire alarm screaming at all hours, we were told that the call box to enter the building was gonna be fixed, one year later still unable to let your guest in via the call box...it was also advertised that there was gonna be a resident bathroom between the laundry room and the lounge, oh there's
