Wow!!!! No need for a response from Greystar on this review; I am simply leaving this as information for potential renters as I wish there had been more information available to me.
First off, the good. The price per sq ft is good for the area. If you don’t have a car, there are grocery options and public transit stops close as well. The management team is also very fair, responsive, and friendly. Honestly the best part about these apartments during the year I was there was the group of people working in the office on property. I won’t list names as I feel that is a breach of privacy for the individuals

I’m just trying to figure out why I’m constantly still getting calls from here. I haven’t been a resident since March. Stop calling me! There’s no reason for you to contact me. I don’t live in Hawaii anymore, I have no debt to settle with you. I got a voicemail saying I wanted to look at payment plans and a possible renewal?? I currently live here and the roaches are horrible no matter how clean you are!!! The maintenance men had to fix our neighbor’s stopped up tub and asked if he could open the square shaped piece on the wall in my upstairs restroom and since he has opened it there have been rats. I’m definitely considering going to court.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I'm a current resident and this is the WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED. It is absolutely INFESTED with every pest you can imagine. We hear rats in the ceilings and walls every day. The biggest roaches I've ever seen are all around the entire complex 24/7. The laundry room is crawling with them too. we've got a MASSIVE termite infestation, and they swarm the lights multiple nights a week.

Don’t apply to live here. You will regret it. My daughter applied to live here. On top of 2 application fees one for her and one for her boy friend (which is normal). They also made her pay $200 hold deposit up front. Which she did. They were denied because of something on her boy friends end. Wouldn’t even allow for research or a fix. Then my daughter was told she would have her money back in 10 days. Well we are now on day 50. Courtney has not been honest. Went above her to Taylor and now don’t feel as though she is being honest either. Researched Hawaiian law and they had 14 days to issue

It's a terrible place to live. Lots of termite damage. My ceiling came down in the first 2 weeks. My car got hit by my neighbor who went OVER my line. My parking gets stolen when I pay for it. It's genuinely frustrating because upon initial renting I was not made aware of additional charges which were marked as past due to my next rent. It's during covid so people with 8 family members in a townhouse are having parties with 20+ people (currently against the law). Lots of stray cats. Blasting music.

Sorry to say but many of these posts that have less than nice things to say about Oasis Townhomes is accurate. From the termites to the roaches and the rats you can hear running around in the attic and walls each night. - Beyond that I caution you about the 'Utilities' Oasis requires you pay them directly. From Water, Sewage, Refuse, and other 'pest control fees', etc., These amounts fluctuate wildly and management always has some creative way to explain it. Bottom line is they are hiding unpaid utilities from other tenants within these 'fees'. Nobody wants to be

I have a pleasant experience during my stay. Bethany, Charlene, Brandi, and the entire team are awesome!! I am alway met with a smile and warm greeting. The maintenance workers are wonderful and they are always willing to assist with any issues that may arise. The neighborhood is great and I’ve the best neighbors a person could ever dream off. I have relocated to a upgraded model at Oasis Townhomes for about 6 months now. I am a believer that the present management team Graystar is willing to work with you. I posted a review a few year's ago regarding help with painting and replacing baseboards. I was given the option to move to a different unit.

Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Within the first month one of our neighbors hit our car and it broke our tail light. We have had people put SPIKES under our tires. Management did nothing. The "security" is one man who sleeps at the gate and does nothing. Neighbors are noisy and DIRTY. People don't pick up after their pets. We pay so much in rent, but utilities are separate, an extra parking spot is $100 / month and you have to pay to do your laundry. The kids in the neighborhood are blasting music and standing in the middle of the road and throwing stuff at vehicles

Our sink got clogged Saturday evening along with our neighbors. I put in a service request expecting our sink to get declogged on Monday. But Ronni came and was a life saver. She there on her day off to help us out. She was so quick and professional. Ronnie thank you so much for your help and dedication.

Do Not Stay here! The website is completely deceiving, it deserves zero stars. Before we moved here, the staff was friendly and responsive to questions. Once we pulled into the gate we saw a green disgusting pool, there were some shady people and it made us feel super uncomfortable.Once we walked into the place it was dirty and bug infested.
