In order to provide affordable housing to our community, all residents must meet certain criteria. This means your income cannot exceed a certain amount for your household size. Franciscan Vistas Ewa provides rent-restricted and subsidized housing for residents over the age of 62 whose income does not exceed the maximum allowable income for their household size.

This place is Awesome!
My dear friend will be moving here at the end of the month., her Mother lives here now and is getting very old.
She herself is handicapped bit., as she cannot feel her one foot because of a car accident.
And she herself has had several Strokes.
How mother which is 84 or 85 years old lives there already And some she's that age my friend feels she needs to be closer to her Mom.
The grounds are really beautiful and show fit right in the apartments are really big big bathrooms big questions I really like it there!
There's a pool and exercising gym and / party area.
