That is the 20,000 dollar question! The short answer is yes - kind of. If you pay rent for the same length of, say, a 15-year fixed-rate mortgage, your monthly rent payment is likely less than the monthly mortgage payment on a 15-year mortgage. But at the end of those 15 years, as a renter you don't own the property; while as a homeowner, you do.
So you have decided to sell your property. Before anything else, it is a good idea to sit down and clarify your motivations and draw up a basic time frame for the selling process. Why do you want to sell your property? Do you intend to simply find a larger property, or do you plan on moving to another neighborhood, school district, city or state?

I ended up buying a place through Laura and in the documents there was supposed work that was done to the house witch there was not I had to come out of pocket to fix the things that were wrong with the house watter heater was not strapped in witch is against the law to sell a property like that in califorina there was supposed to be a new roof on my house with a warnty I have only lived here for about 2 years and 7 months and I'm having leaks in my roof and I was told my roof is only covered for 2 years witch is bs then I was told that my house was sprayed for termites and cleared but that was
