Vista Vino Modern Grill is closed for regular service. We are offering curbside take out services available from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM Tuesday - Saturday. Chef Paul Epstein began his culinary career in 1988 after graduating from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. For the next decade, Paul continued to develop his craft by working for one of Arizona's top five-star restaurants, and as Executive Chef of The Mesa Country Club.

Following these roles, he moved on to become the owner of Eppy's Gourmet Deli and Grill and The Traveling Chef Catering Company in North Phoenix. Paul soon became prominent in the meat industry and moved to Las Vegas to open Paris Las Vegas in 1999. The vision was simple, Paris Las Vegas would process all the meat and deliver the goods to the 52 restaurants that was part of the corporation.

Great ambiance. Our server was fantastic, no rush at all and was very attentive throughout our meal. The appetizers were a huge hit. However, entrees and drinks were hit or miss. Over peppered and seasonings were off. All in all, we felt it was just over priced for the quality of food and drinks

By no means am I a food critic or expert, but I would highly recommend this place for multiple reasons.
We had a table of 9, and we were greeted immediately with smiles and kind gestures to help us if we needed it! My friend and I both ordered the orange martini, (sooooo good!!), and a bottle of aviary wine I believe on recommendation from the waitress, DELICIOUS!
We got the calamari and lobster ravioli and wow!! The quality was really apparent and came out at a very reasonable time! I personally really loved the lobster ravioli starter!!

We had a fantastic dinner tonight. The staff were outstanding super polite and paying attention to all the details you want, cleaning each and every plate, glass and silverware. They ensured all the food looked great and was served piping hot. The food was great everything we ate was great, they really care about the food and service they are offering. We will make this a regular stop when we are down this way.

This is a small restaurant with an oversized personality! The staff was authentic in greeting and serving us. Michelle, our server, was one of the most engaging servers we have ever been privileged to have. The menu is creative and interesting (we had a hard time choosing), but we were rewarded with freshly prepared, flavorful food. If we lived here, this would be a go to place for us!

Nice small place with a limited but interesting menu. Like many restaurants, it take only one table of loud people to raise the noise level to an uncomfortable level. Please respect your host and fellow diners. OK. Off my soapbox...Service was good. Michelle was very helpful. My wife chose Crab cakes (more crab than bread!) And balsamic Brussels sprouts. She often does 2 appetizers instead of an entree. I am very fond of Bolognese sauce. Their bison Bolognese was a bit spicy (as I had been told). Yes, spicy, but not oppressive. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and split a piece of Dutch apple pie

I really wanted to give this place a 5. It seemed like that kind of place. First off, I want to say our server, Michelle, did a wonderful job. This rating doesn't reflect on her. The biggest problem we had was with our reservation. We booked on their website. We reserved our table for 2 and received confirming texts. 30 minutes before our reservation, we received yet another reminder text. But when we arrived, apparently some glitch had caused our reservation to be cancelled. This was not our fault, but the best they could do was offer us a seat at a large high top table (not an option for my short

They really push the masks here and won't seat you unless you have one. There is a fine line apparently between trying to obey state health department orders and poor customer service. I brought a mask but my husband and boys did not. They made a big deal about it, even though there was literally 10 feet from the door to our table. They would not… let us in. I told my son to go get tissue from the car to use instead. The hostess ran to the chef/owner/her husband to "tell on us". He then approached us and said we couldn't come in without a mask, and said a tissue was unacceptable. He then

The serving size is kind of small for the price. The food was good though. I was disappointed because I reserved saying it was my daughter’s birthday. She’s 11. I didn’t expect anything free for her but a happy birthday would have been nice. More expensive restaurants do at least that. Then stated it was our first time to the restaurant. We had heard good things. Then our waitress took a long time to collect our payment. Price and service didn’t match. Disappointed.

Friendly service, Excellent food; delicious burger, shrimp fettuccine Alfredo, and chicken parm. Chef Epstein is experienced but also very friendly and shared some awesome tips about shrimp quality and where to get the best shrimp lol. Also the presentation was immensely awesome and the berries and cream dessert was perfect, fresh berries, fresh whipped cream, and awesome espresso too. Need I say more

I honestly dont know where to start! I've been to many fine restaurants and no food has touched my soul....until now. Chef Paul can truly work miracles with his plates. This is the one restaurant we've been to where you can feel the love and thought that goes in to every taste and every plate. The mussels are the best I've ever had. If you are looking for a cocktail you must try the house made limoncello martini!

Extremely friendly staff and the food was the best in town. The owners made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to to make our experience a grand one. Would definitely recommend anybody to pay them a visit! Don’t forget to make a reservation because they have plenty of guests that love their food as much as we did.
