Beau Thai II
Our story began in Nepal where we became Five-star cooks in our native cuisine. We were a family business then and we are a family business now. In 2001, we brought our family recipes and traditions to Nederland, Colorado where the Katmandu Restaurant was operated by our family until 2007, at which time we opened the original Beau Thai restaurant in Evergreen, CO.

Now, we are honored to open Beau Thai II, a wonderful Thai restaurant in the beautiful and growing town of Castle Rock, Colorado. Our Thai restaurant is influenced by Indian Gourmet. The Thai food you will experience at either Beau Thai Restaurant has a host of unique and delicious ingredients that are not found in other cuisines.

Delicious food in a nice, clean and airy setting. I loved the fact that any dish was customizable on the spice level, as I enjoy really spicy things. I wish I lived closer to try more things, but will definitely keep this place in mind when I come back to the outlets!

This place is the bomb.com! The food was, hot, spicy to taste, delicious, and well priced. I'm sad it took me a year to try it. This was some of the best chicken fried rice we've ever had, better than hibachi. The Thai Red with chicken was also delicious. The place was clean, friendly staff. What else do you need? Except more of it in my belly!

They can make the spice bring tears, but the prices won't do the same. Decent Thai food for a value. Try the Panang Curry or the standard go-to of fried rice. They have a light weight bar and beer menu too (a few bottles of beer and the basics for simple cocktails).

This food is not good. I've been to Thailand and had some great food. Prior to living in Colorado we lived in Seattle. I loved all of the Thai places there too (there are SO many!)

Sadly, this restaurant has bland, flavorless, dry food. I've never had dry noodles but they've succeeded in showing me something new.

I've eaten here twice and had a bad experience both times. I hate posting bad reviews but this is bad. There won't be a third time. I'll never visit there again. Nice people, really bad food.

Drunken noodles are delicious and can be ordered at different spiciness levels and definitely fferrnt proteins.
All curry dishes are exceptional.

Stopped by here around 3:30 for lunch after hiking in Castlewood Canyon State Park.
Their menu is vegetarian friendly. I ordered the vermicelli noodles with medium+ spice level. It was delicious! I couldn’t stop eating! 🙂 Their Thai iced tea was yummy too!! My friend ordered one of the curries with mild spice and though he liked the dish, he found it a little spicy. So, choose your spice-levels wisely!!
The restaurant is in a strip mall kinda place and there is plenty of parking spots! The staff were nice and attentive!

The food is really very good but every time I order, it ends up being 30-50 minutes late. I'll miss the fantastic food but I can no longer spend 40 minutes a week waiting for Thai food.

I love Thai food and was excited to try a new restaurant. I ordered drunken noodles and massaman curry. Sadly, both entrees were just bad. The drunken noodles were lifeless, the sauce they used needs a lot of work. The curry was watered down, and the vegetables (especially the potatoes) and rice were all undercooked. The curry should be thicker with more spices and fish sauce and cooked long enough that the flavors meld into all of the ingredients. And I don’t even know where to begin on the drunken noodles.
I can see that the owner responds to every review, which is great and I’m sorry to

Looks like fast food, they serve you quick like fast food but the food is as good as a regular restaurant. Service was good too. I don't think I was alone thinking this way as the place was full.

Walked in around 4pm on a Sunday. Staff wore masks, greeted me and sat me down with menus and water right away. As I looked through menu, more and more people came in for dinner until the restaurant was almost full. I ordered a bowl of Tom Ka soup to eat there and Panang Curry to go home with me. The soup was excellent, great flavor. The menu options are a cup, bowl or pot. I got a bowl, but it was pretty small compared to bowls at other Thai restaurants. Next time I would order it in a pot. I had the Panang Curry the next day and wow. Huge serving size, deliciously flavored and cooked. Home run

Doordash'd this place for the first time; who knew Castle Rock had THAI here! The food isn't mind blowing but still really good. This place has HUGE portions...the Pad Thai w/ Shrimp was good and my husband's Drunken Noodles were good too, still just not the best. Their Chicken Gyoza though, very flavorful! The only thing we wouldn't order again is their Crab Wontons. It wasn't creamy, I don't think there was any crab and had this yellow veggie inside? It was just weird. :) We plan to order from here again...they have a pretty big menu so lots to try out in the future

I've eaten at Beau Thai 5-6 times and the food is just not good. Curry is too runny - it's like water. Peanut sauce doesn't have much flavor, watered down tasting. Thought I'd give it one more try so I ordered Chicken Satay. Whenever you order Chicken Satay at a good Thai Restaurant, you will get strips of chicken on skewers that is grilled with tasty peanut sauce. At Beau Thai you get four WHOLE CHICKEN BREASTS that are tasteless (no grill marks) with unappealing peanut sauce. Yuck Yuck Yuck. It's 2-3x more chicken than it needs to be and it doesn't have any flavor. I ate one and threw the rest

Have eaten here 3 or 4 times. It's been quite inconsistent. One time very good. Have some friends that have liked it, too. However, twice we've ordered the chicken pad Thai and it has come with an overwhelming fish smell. Unbearable to the degree we had to throw it out. Complained twice and got no explanation. They told us to call Grub Hub, which we did, and got some of our money back.

Until that's solved, can't recommend this place.

First time here, we will definitely return. I got the Garlic chicken, medium spiciness which was about right for me. We also got a pad see ew and my daughter finished the entire plate. Very friendly and attentive service!

Wanted so much for the food here to be good, but...ordered yellow curry, pad Thai, chicken satay and egg rolls. The pad Thai was below average, chicken satay skewers should be flat pieces of chicken and these were fat chicken tenders (not very tender) with peanut sauce that tasted like peanut butter only. SO disappointed!because I love a good peanut sauce. The curry had good flavor but never had curry with chunks of pineapple in it! Didn't know that was a thing?!!! Not a fan. I continue my search for good Thai food nearby!

I've been going to this restaurant since the day it opened. My wife and I were happy to see a second Beau Thai open, especially after we moved away from Evergreen (the original Beau Thai). This restaurant started strong. But after today, I am never going back to this location. They have gotten my last three orders wrong. I come home and an entree or sometimes two is/are missing. The service has gotten worse through the years. They haven't been the same since reopening from COVID. Their excuse for this mess up was "Sorry. We were busy." It would've been better had they said

Ate here a week ago with 2 of my friends. For the pricing, the food here was actually a decent 4/5! Solidly sized portions & quality. And our server, (Binita, if I recall correctly) was very sweet and got everything correct.

My issue? They were woefully understaffed. 2 ladies to run the entire FOH, take to-go orders, ring up to-go orders, make all drinks, buss their own tables, seat new tables ... there was a line of people picking up/paying for to-go food going out the door!

We ran out of water at our table pretty early on after receiving our meal, and then our glasses sat empty for 30 to

It's our second time ordering in from Beau Thai ll this month and it's fabulous. Food always arrives early and everything was delicious. We ordered the drunken noodles, ginger chicken, wontons, spring rolls and green curry and everything was consistently good. We have family in town who specifically requested the ginger chicken. 10/10 recommend

Solid spot for some quick Thai. Average taste begs for more flavor. Seems like a family owned restraunt.

The food was ok.

Wasn't a fan of the crispy egg rolls. They were mushy inside. The Pad broccoli was ok as well. I ordered it with a spice level of hot. It was barely spicy. Also ordered both mango sticky rice and pineapple sticky rice. It was my fault to assume, but I was expecting fresh pineapple, received canned and that was such a disappointment.

The service was not great. Servers were rude and unfriendly.

I left 2 stars for the terrible service.

We just ordered the pineapple fried rice and the spring rolls... All of the staff was friendly, courteous, and fast... Our food came out steaming hot... And was absolutely delicious... Large chunks of chicken and shrimp, and lots of veggies and eggs...and the rice was so moist and flavorful... Will definitely be back....

I love Thai green curry and a great pad thai. After living in the area for about two years, I finally made my way to Beau Thai II on a chilly spring weekend.

Despite the average reviews, I ordered my favorites, Thai green curry (one with veg, one with chicken, both mild), pad Thai with chicken (medium spice), and a side of spring rolls. I was hopeful.

I felt the green currys were okay, not particularly deep in flavor and fairly average in terms of the veg and chicken portions. The pad Thai was disappointing. Noodles seemed broken apart. Chicken was over cooked and the "medium" was

I love Thai food, it's my favorite so I'm always looking for good Thai restaurants. Beau Thai did not disappoint! Their yellow curry with coconut is outstanding. Their drunken noodles are also very yummy. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

I ordered yellow curry (mild) and sticky rice with mango. The curry was delicious! There weren't any potatoes in my order like the menu said but it was still very good and a big portion. The mango sticky rice was bad though. The mango was still in frozen chunks which makes me question the freshness of that dessert. It was not enjoyable to have the warm sticky rice with still defrosting pieces of mango.

Pretty dang good!

We ordered from DoorDash delivery this evening, went for the basics, pad thai and gyoza. The portions are huge! Medium hot was pretty mellow for me, will probably go for hot next time. Unfortunately they gave us egg rolls instead of gyoza. Egg rolls were pretty good though! Looking forward to trying additional menu items, two thumbs up.

I had the $12 hot ginger beef that was quite good and certainly worth a return.
The $7 chicken satay appetizer had a lot of chicken and was good. Not flat and dried out like some places, but I prefer the peanut sauce roasted on the chicken skewers, not as a dipping sauce done here.
The $5 fried pork pot stickers (gyoza) were not fried very well and were just mediocre. The $13 chicken pad Thai was also just OK, but the stir-fried ginger entree was terrific.

I really can't review much because every time I go, I get the Shrimp Fried Rice/Thai Hot. It's so amazing that I can't bring myself to try anything else.

What I can say is, if everything is as good as the Froed rice then this place is a 10
