Wow! I found 25KARATS INC through a Google search for men's 3-stone diamond wedding rings. I was a little wary of placing this kind of an order online, but I did, because we'd had little success in finding a ring like the one my fiance' had envisioned. 25KARATS called the next day to confirm my ring order, with an estimate of around 2 weeks to delivery. Production commenced the following day, and as promised, the ring was shipped with 2-day FedEx delivery, arriving within the timeframe.

This was an extremely positive experience in every way. It started with my looking at rings on line simply to see what I might expect when we finally had time to get some stores. My wife and I ordered matching wedding bands from 25karats after careful deliberation. The price was excellent and the customer service was absolutely tremendous. Semra went above and beyond to help and answer all of our questions. We received our rings yesterday are elated. They didn't just meet, they exceeded our expectations. After looking at a number for jewelry stores I had a good idea of what I wanted in a wedding ring! I really enjoyed the process working with 25karats on my selection! They sent me a sample ring to ensure the Size and the width would fit on my large hands as it turned out I had to order the next larger ring size to make sure this ring would make it over my knuckles. As a result this ring was made perfectly for me! I am happy either the 18 karat ring and this wonderful design! I strongly recommend them and plan on being a long term customer!

I am an extremely picky buyer and expect perfection, especially in wedding bands. My fiancee picked his band. When we received it, it was not the finish (shine), that we expected from the website photo. 25 Karats accepted the return and re-polished the ring to our satisfaction. It's beautiful!!! I just wish their website pictures we're more accurate. I would recommend asking for an actual picture of what finish your getting prior to ordering. It cost me $60.00+ more than expected in shipping costs because of our assumption. Otherwise, this company has the BEST selection if wedding

Excellent experience all around! Ordered wedding bands off their website. Received a call from customer service to review my order, before they'll manufacture it, to be certain the specifications I selected were correct and accurate. Turns out I did err - soo happy that they called to review the order, catching my mistake. GK explained their process and estimated timeline to receive my order. Email notifications were sent with shipping details 7 days later(as stated by GK). LOVE THE RINGS!! Beautiful craftsmanship, nice quality - perfect!

After our weird experience at Jangmi (see my other reviews), we tried to do most of our ring shopping online, to avoid the weird judgment with choosing an emerald, and not a diamond for my engagement ring (c'mon, I know what I want). Absolutely horrible customer service. Stay as far away as possible from this company. Their attitude towards customers and even their own product is not worth anything you might see valuable. Ordered a set of wedding bands from them with engraving. They sent the wrong size. We got them resized locally. After hours of explaining on phone, they refuse to fix their fault. Stay away. Do not buy from these people. No business ethics at all.

We started talking with 25karats staff over a month ago. They have been very helpful and answered all our questions patiently. My fiancee had already picked her favorite engagement ring for upgrade, but we wanted to see the wedding bands before making our final decision. Please avoid this place at all costs. Yes, the prices are good. But you will pay if your ring isn't made correctly. My husband ordered a diamond anniversary band from 25karats and when it came, there were some workmanship issues...the shank was not round, someone polished off too much on one side, the filigree work on the band was wavy and sloppy. The filigree work was supposed to be in the shape of a heart, but the heart was wavy and lumpy. Very disappointing. We called the company and asked them if they would be kind enough to send us a Fed Ex label to pick up the ring so we could immediately
