Our experience of living here has been very mixed. The positive is that we like the actual apartment. The layout is nice and the ceilings are higher than usual so the apartment feels more spacious. The woman who manages the building is really on top of things and keeps up with repairs. The downsides are numerous though and not likely to change. For one, we hear our neighbors a lot and have to adjust our activities based on hearing their noise. There's also a BBQ grill and residents use it often, with wafts of smoke blowing in our space. Even with the windows taped shut and towels at the bottom

Units are clean and well cared for. There's on site laundry, which is a plus. Hard to find street parking but there's a garage for $80 a month one block away. Location is close to the highway and train. There biggest negatives are the noise from the construction site next door. There's a second project down the street. Also residents are loud and inconsiderate of other neighbors. There's a lot of noise, yelling, door slamming, and just general life noise of people sitting on their balconies talking and it's super loud because it's just so close. I get woken up by neighbors

The best part of living here is that the apartment manager Laurie is great. She's really on the ball and keeps the complex tidy and well maintained. It's a pet free apartment complex, which we like, since we don't have pets. It's also smoke free, which we appreciate. The downside is that there is a LOT of noise from neighbors. It's just normal day to day noise mostly. The kitchen cabinets are loud when not shut with care, we hear voices of our neighbors and word for word conversations. We hear traffic noise, garbage pick up early in the AM, and there is a construction site
