Do not move here. The management is horrific, unresponsive, and completely unprofessional. I've lived here for two years and I am so excited to leave. Shop elsewhere if you want better management, better apartment quality, and more bang for your buck.

Worst experience. Management doesn't care about the up keep of the units. So dirty and gross. So many bugs. Carpet smells like animal pee. Our bathroom is falling through the floor and has terrible mold. Bathroom fans aren't usable. Management keeps sending emails telling everyone to be quiet in our homes during SIP because people are working. Rude. No amenities are open regardless of Covid. Management doesn't respond to emails. The rent is so expensive, for a two bedroom we pay $4500. When our lease is up it'll increase another $250. If you have another option, don't move here. We're moving in

Just relocated here from Southern California. First impressions... 5 star facilities, 5 stars for all the management team, they are all very friendly, professional and willing to go the extra mile to help you out. Huge thanks to Vivian and Julie for all the help. If you are looking for a place to live in Marin County, I would highly recommend viewing this luxury property. The amenities are amazing and it is a very welcoming community.

The complex is absolutely beautiful, with a great view of parts of the bay. It's spacious, quiet, and in great proximity to the ferry, which makes traveling to San Francisco quick and easy. It's also located next to a little country market which is a plus! The pool and fitness center were well kept and very clean. Loved the apartment we were shown! It was very spacious, and had a great choice of floor color and kitchen counter tops. And last but not least the staff was absolutely amazing! Avneet and Kyle were very polite and helpful with answering all of our questions!
