Chaos. Woke up to a sickening mess after the October weekend storm, which management neither anticipated nor mitigated. Our beloved pool is trashed. Other amenities - bike room, common areas, dirt and debris-filled carports, have been broken, neglected or ignored for months. Loved it here when we first arrived. Wish Greystar cared more, I hope they improve things. Heartbreaking and sad.

Management is negligent in that they do not comply with fire department recommendations and are non-responsive to email, voicemail or messages left with office representatives. They do not live up to lease expectations of working appliances and safe housing. They are inept at managing even cursory things such as garbage pickup, which has gotten to the point where rodents, raccoons and coyotes regularly visit the property. Currently managed by Greystar, the property has gone downhill in every way since they took over and Greystar has proven they deserve their bad online reputation. Renter beware

While the community is lovely the property management company is unreliable and unresponsive. I moved out several months ago and the property manager did not move me out correctly in the system so months of "unpaid rent" was sent to collections. While I was able to dispute and prove I paid my rent, it took months for me to get it sorted out. I still have not received my security deposit back and constantly have to hunt down someone to talk to and respond to me because of their constant turnover. Nightmare, not serenity.

I am a tenant of this complex. The place is located in a beautiful peaceful and well maintained area with a dog park, the pond, trees, playground, bbq grills, swimming pools, gym, tennis court, and more. Apartments are refurbished. Not to modern, but clean-carpeted and painted. We got new oven, dishwasher, and fridge.
My biggest complaint is about the poor management of order requests. There is no phone number to call about maintenance issues. The website is not user friendly, takes forever to get anything from the office. We couldn't get the mail key for 3 months. Now we are without the washing

We have moved to Serenity over 3 weeks ago and already feel here like at home, previously we lived in The Cove and loved it but I must admit Serenity has got so much more to give. I am super impressed by the management team Patrick is a wonderful human being polite, truly professional and communication with him was easy - but here I also have to mention someone very special it is Vlada who was truly going beyond herself making sure everything was ready and perfect for our move, working with her was a true bliss an pleasure that was for me a service with high level of professionalism and smile.
