Just wanted to give a shout out to Jimi & the maintenance / groundskeeping crew for quickly resolving any of the rare situations that have come up while living here. They always go above & beyond to really make you feel cared for & at home in this community.
Jimi is gregarious & earnest & shows great dedication, empathy, expedience, and knowledge with whatever the residents may bring to his plate that is of concern. He manages to perform amazing feats of juggling keeping both the demands of the residents & the complex gears of the apartment operations finely tuned all while projecting a very caring

I've lived here for about 18 months and love it. Couldnt ask for a better location right in the center of town/restaurants on 4th street here in San Rafael, golf nearby & can also be over the Golden Gate bridge in ~15mins. The apartments/amenities are very nice, well kept. The courtyard has a fire pit/shared BBQ, convenient parking garage and the actual apts are great-spacious, new appliances, etc.
Jimi (property manager) & the employees are amazing-friendly, extremely responsive and always willing to offer help/go out of their way to ensure any issue is handled promptly.
10/10 would recommend

I just moved in to my new studio apartment at the Rafael Town Center, where I am happy as a clam! It's great that I can walk just one block to pick up my order from Sol Food!
Just have to say that Steve W. is the best! He did an amazing job of explaining everything to me, and handling every detail, from start to finish. He obviously has a very high IQ and EQ, and is the ultimate Assistant Property Manager!
I am trying to get some of my other friends to rent in this building. It is so clean and fresh, and well-maintained, and super-quiet! I have died and gone to heaven!

Rafael Town Center was a great place to live. I was there for about 3 years. I loved living right downtown and being able to walk everywhere. The nicely updated apartments made me feel right at home. There is an underground garage that kept my Tesla clean and out of the elements. The gym was huge and had all of the modern equipment you would expect from a luxury apartment building. The management team and maintenance crew were very responsive to any issues that came up. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I've been living here for just over 5 years. This place is perfect when it comes to apartments. It's ALWAYS clean and I see people painting the hallways all the time so it always looks new. It has a huge underground garage and elevators. The staff that work here are awesome, and always available, the manager even helped me carry my new couch up to my apartment. If you are looking for a great place to rent, this is it.

I really like living here. My unit has a great view of Mt Tam. I also enjoy being able to just walk to places downtown like restaurants, coffee shops, etc... I've had a great experience with the building management and maintenance people. They've been friendly, helpful, and responsive. My unit is along 4th street, so I hear a lot of road noise. But, If I turn on a white noise maker, it really helps. The building seems to be really well built. I rarely hear my neighbors. Overall, I'm happy living here.

I moved here about three months ago and from the start the leasing consultant (Steve) was very helpful with the procedures needed for the lease. The building is in the center of San Rafael, it has a great location, nearby a lot of restaurants, shops, cinema.
Also the building has great features like a nice gym, parking garage, conference room ( for the tenants that use to work from home).
Rafael Town Center is the best community I've ever lived in.

Great location, impossibly incredible management. The best apartment management I have ever had in my long renting history. These guys (sadly no gals that I know of) are fantastic: quick, helpful, patient, and professional.
The layout is spacious. The only downside (aside from high price) is flats facing the courtyard: very little sun, so feels like a dungeon, and no airflow, making hot days really hard to stomach (there are no A/Cs).
In all, if you can afford it-- the best place to rent in the area for sure

My partner and I have lived here for a little over a year and love it! The building, amenities and staff are better than we could have hoped for when we were looking for an apartment. The staff especially (Jimi, Steve and Roger) are amazing. They don't simply help when there's a problem that needs fixing, they are proactive so that new problems don't arise. They consistently try to make sure that this is a great place to live, and their hard work pays off. (They are also just super chill, kind people.) The units are in great condition. I have been living here for almost 15 years now and this is just a great place to live. Spent most of my living in New York City apartments so I know apartment buildings and apartment life. The apartments here are great, very clean, with wonderful accommodations. I love the heating fan in the ceiling in the bathroom! The building is still relatively new so nothing is falling apart - in all my time here I have called for minor plumbing/electrical repairs perhaps twice. The building is right in the center of town, right on Fourth Street, surrounded by shops and restaurants, lots of people walking
