This company is horrible. I rented from them for over a year in a small house in Eatonville that was full of leaks , mold and needed repairs. I have emails, photos, statements from visitors, repair people and community members. Moving in I had to clean. My son stayed sick from the mold. Doctor visit after visit. From December to February they were unresponsive about two leaks that turned into mold. I stayed due to not wanting to uproot my child again but the place was hell from day one. It became move out or child gets sicker. They do not respond and he's the rudest pos I've ever met. It's taking

Critical: Professionalism
Was told that my son was approved for an apartment lease but they approved another renter as well. They made us race to get a deposit in first to "win" the apartment. We lost, but that was after wasting my morning running to the bank and securing a cashiers check for the deposit. It was beyond unprofessional and unethical.

Alvin and Syreeta are genuine people. They care about their tenants and are very quick to respond to any issues reported by their tenants. It's rare you can say that a real estate company might put people above profit but that's how it feels working with these two.
During/After and During the Covid Crisis again. They were very understanding about the hardships being faced by their tenants and worked with them to ensure they were treated fairly. Honestly, they made the entire process really difficult to move forward with.
The Realtors aren’t very professional and not very kind. Kinda seem very easily irritated. Customer service skills are no good, you won’t get professional responses and bad client facing.
Very unresponsive. Sometimes you’d have to message or call a few times for an answer about anything.
All in all, not a favorable experience.
I’m sure they’ll respond to this as they have to many of the other reviews- “scammers” etc etc.
But truly, many of the one star reviews actually sum up exactly the experience

Alvin has provided exemplary services every step of the way. He has collected rents, ensured there has been ongoing communication with us, and has been efficient with getting contractors to our home as swiftly as possible. When I first got my house I was disappointed in the amount of work that I needed to do to make it more comfortable. It was my fault for rushing into something so I ate the bullet on the situation. I took a 20 minute video of the damages upon move in for evidence. However, anytime I needed them to repair something they took the cheap way out. Something my 7 year old newphew could have done. They were responsive fairly quick to my requests but things were half a**. The house was covered in carpenter ants and Terminix had to come out a few times a month to treat it. They were flying in the house,

Do not do business with them. The house was not clean as said upon move in but because they were "nice" we let it go. The ridiculous charges from the deposit were a joke. Things like screens that were never there to begin with and Mirrors on walls you never put up to begin with, you're charged for. And when you address these issues-- they tell you okay but oops we forgot to charge you for "additional damages" so your check remains the same. Most unprofessional place I have ever rented from. I literally went from a place I rented from and got my full deposit back to this

The vendors they use for repair DO NOTHING and will take fooorrreevvverrr and a day with every excuse in the world and still will not do a good job and your still charged for an uncompleted BAD job. This company smiles in your face then tries to still your own clients for their other homes without permission and talk about the customer very bad behind their backs to the clients.
