Champion Zone Fitness is a 1-hour heart rate based total body workout comprised of cardio, boxing, and weight-training. This complete workout motivates you to reach your fitness goals quickly and efficiently. In that one hour you'll burn fat, build muscle, and strengthen your mind and body. Champion Zone Fitness redefines High Intensity Group Personal Training with a fresh approach to dreadful and repetitive classes elsewhere.

Imagine yourself having a boxer's physique and conditioning. Imagine these attributes on your body: 6-pack abs, defined shoulders and back region, tight arms and pronounced leg and calf muscles, and last but not least the heart of a champion. A standard weight-training program helps eliminate body fat by burning calories during and after a workout.

We've designed CZ classes to challenge and motivate you no matter what fitness level you are. All classes are not created equal, we change the workout to focus on target regions in each class to ensure you receive results. CZ is a 1-hour Heart Rate Based Total Body workout comprised of Cardio, Boxing and Weight-Training.
One of our coaches will contact you to schedule your first class as we have limited free trial spaces available per class. Unfortunately, we are unable to take walk-ins as we closely monitor class sizes to ensure our coaches can help everyone reach their optimum potential. Together, we will reach your to fitness goals!
