Our experience with renting at Dexter Park has been horrible. Never rent with Dexter Park and ESPECIALLY don’t pay to park your car as a resident. I have had my car unjustifiably towed from the lot twice, have been aggressively charged at by a tow truck driver (@ Frank’s Towing at 25 Goodenough St in Brighton). Dexter Park has an agreement with Frank’s towing who will come around every few hours to check parking tickets. All of 15 minutes after one of my parking permits had expired, my car was towed ($154). Just today, my car was again towed with my paid-for and up-to-date ticket which expires

Luis fixed our kitchen’s light and stovetop button, and he did these very quick and great attitudes! I highly recommend him.

Luis came to our apartment twice the day before Thanksgiving. He replaced our old dishwasher with broken pump in the first visit, and then in the second visit changed the plug of our gas range which has bad contact so that the range won't work. Luis saved our Thanksgiving. He has good skills and is always patient. We do appreciate his excellent job. Thank you, Luis!

Had a leak in A/C that was getting water damage on floorboards. Got in touch with maintenance and got a brand new A/C replaced and installed by Ramón and Luis in under 10 minutes. Was great, thank you.

Ramon and Luis came over to our apartment a couple of times because of problems with the heating. They were very nice and helpful and came to follow up on the problem!

Mostly a good living experience, some issues with things like elevator, or mail sorting here and there but nothing crazy.
Staff are friendly and helpful for the most part, Luis in particular was absolutely awesome! Helped me several times with maintenance queries, and move out logistics. Thank you, Luis!

I have to rate Maintenance guys 10 of 10! They are really very patient and nice! Whenever you get your problem, you just need mail Dexter park then they you send you a maintenance guy as soon as possible and solve your problem, especially Luis. He is a super kind and professional that he fixed my stuff only within 10mins!

The room is quite old but refurnished, yet there are plenty broken components. Luis was very helpful in solving my room’s problems neatly. Always clean up in the end and is extremely friendly. Appreciate his efforts.

We returned to Dexter Park this year and have been so thankful for the Hamilton Company management team there. They really go the extra mile on behalf of Dexter Park residents to insure that things are running well. It is a wonderful team effort.

Find somewhere else!
DP is the most terrible apartment I have ever lived in. I rate it one star just because there is no zero star on google map. Find another apartment if you don’t want to live with mice. AC is old and noisy. Wall is as thick as paper and you can hear what your neighbor is talking. Yesterday the maintenance came in and announced that they will paint the wall and ceiling. So we have to smell the terrible odor for 10 days before moving out…
