Here is my honest review of this place. I don’t know if it was just the apartment that I stayed in, but there were some issues. I stayed here for three weeks, the sink in the kitchen has no pressure. The tub continue to get clogged. I hired a cleaning crew for $95, and I threw away a lot of my personal belongings for which I had to formally submit a complaint for. They do have a nice washer and dryer, the bed is OK, a little uncomfortable. Overall, I personally wouldn’t stay in any of the Sonder’s. It’s expensive for a lot of issues.

Jurate Rand was my leasing agent and she has been nothing but magnificent. From answering all my concerns about the area to the safety of the building, it made my decision easy. For those who are wanting a tour of the apartment, I highly recommend Jurate for all your leasing needs and you will not be disappointed!

I love living here! The building is great, the staff is friendly and helpful and the neighborhood is vibrant.
The apartments are really beautiful, light, bright, modern and well-appointed. And the amenities are top notch... great gym, and to top it off, a pool deck on the 30th floor that overlooks the entire city.
Nothing like being able to grab some sun and a swim during your lunch break!

Absolutely incredible place to rent and live, because the front desk staff goes above & beyond to make you feel safe, comfortable, and included.
cannot say enough good things about the staff in particular. this is in addition to the fantastic location, clean shared spaces, and walking distance to everything important.

Pierce is the best apartment building I've ever lived in! Pierce has amazing amenities and an awesome staff who takes great care of us. The staff is always super responsive and friendly. Specially Jurate the leasing manger, she is so helpful even when she is busy. Also, we love the fantastic location and despite being in the middle of everything, the building is super quiet!

Pierce Boston is a great location to live. Terrific staff that is so helpful and prompt with requests. Lisbeth and her colleagues always have a smile for you. The building is modern, clean, secure and near to Fenway Park, shops and restaurants. If you have a small dog, there's a pet spa to clean up your furry friend if need be. Nice green spaces nearby for walking, running, biking; Pierce also has a gym of its own for those who prefer that option.
