Have lived here for over a year and it has been nothing but positive. The apartments are spacious and modern and all the common spaces are clean and well maintained. All employees are friendly and great at what they do, and maintenance requests are answered very promptly. Best of all, you have access to many restaurants, bars, and activities just out the front door with easy access to many other Boston neighborhoods and parks (Fens, Riverway, Esplanade).

Since our move in, our experiences with the concierge team and the property team have all been excellent. We've been able to know them by name and they constantly go above and beyond not only to make us feel welcome but do small items such as hold doors, catch up on favorite sports teams, and remember our names.
Everyone has been nothing but friendly and accommodating - it's been wonderful to have them around.

I really like 1330 Bolyston. Our apartment is really nice. The location is the best in Fenway and we are surrounded by restaurants. Leasing was easy, Shelia couldn’t have been nicer. John the concierge was great. He even helped me bring in my mattress after my “friends” bailed on me.
The gym is awesome. It even has a treadmill with youtube and netflix that sinks with my Apple Watch.
I highly recommend 1330 Bolyston

We lived here for six years - absolutely loved it! That does not mean there were not ever issues/problems, as a large community such as this brings trials and tribulations, but the people at 1330 always tried to make everything "right" that was possibly going astray. We've now moved out-of-state, but we do miss the people and the property!

We have lived here for 5 years and can’t imagine living anywhere else in the city! The concierge team truly makes you feel at home when you walk in the door. The maintenance staff is extremely responsive if you ever need anything. I love the views from this building and being able to hear concerts in the park from the roof deck....not to mention the pool on the 15th floor! Needless to say, I love calling 1330 home.

My family has lived at 1330 Boylston for many years now and we highly recommend this property (in fact, we've referred friends who are now also living here). The concierge team feels like family, always going out of their way to help with packages and the door, or to simply offer a friendly greeting. John and Jeff (who my daughter admires so much, that she named our new puppy after him!) have consistently provided us with exceptional and friendly service through the years. The leasing office professionals, maintenance staff and cleaning team are also second to none.

My husband and I have been living at 1330 for over 2 years now. We are thrilled to express how wonderful it is to live here and have truly had such a positive experience so far. From the amenities (gym, rooftop pool, club room etc.), to the people who work here, 1330 has a lot to offer. Between the concierges, leasing team, maintenance crew, and house keeping, everyone is easy to talk to and our needs are always met. The concierge team is incredible, very hard working and always available for friendly conversation. 1330 has a small community feel that is unique to the Fenway area. I highly recommend

My fiance and I have been living at 1330 Boylston for nearly one year, and we are thrilled to call it home! The property is fantastic (gym, club room, rooftop pool), and each team - from maintenance to leasing office to cleaning to concierge - is excellent and very responsive and helpful. We are especially grateful to the concierge "family" led by John, who is simply one in a million, for all their assistance, care, and friendliness. Everyone goes above and beyond to make this place feel like home each day.

My main complaint is that their customer service is consistently underwhelming.
- Didn't tell us that they were literally jack hammering in the apartment above ours.
- Jeff, one of the concierge, consistently has a hard time with deliveries.
- The management team doesn't follow up with messages.
Other than that, it's a nice location and nice building. It gets really busy during Red Sox games, which will add 5-10 minutes to your commute.
Gym is terrible so we just put workout equipment in our apartment.

I loved living in the Fenway area for the year that I was there doing a fellowship. However, I had some issues with some of the management team at 1330. Specifically, Kathy Le. From the beginning she was rude and treated me in a not so professional or kind manner. I drove from Michigan to Boston with my dog and a UHAUL. When I arrived in Boston, I had movers ready to come move my stuff from the UHAUL to my apartment, not to mention I had a puppy with me and I was doing this all by myself. I had forgotten to sign up for renter's insurance, which takes less than ten minutes. Otherwise, everything

My husband and I lived at 1330 boylston for 2 years, and we just moved out this week feeling very sad to leave! We really enjoyed our time here, we experienced top notch service and the friendliest concierge staff and maintenance staff. As stated in previous reviews, sometimes things broke in the apartment, but they were attended to same day, sometimes within the same hour of us reporting the problem. Our 1-bed was the biggest floor plan of any comparable unit we could find when we were looking, and has the biggest kitchen of any of the surrounding buildings we looked at. The bamboo floors were

This review is based on the sales/intake experience, not having actually lived here. We never got to the actual 'living here' phase since the property management was not able to get it together to show an apartment.
We first tried to see an apartment as a walk-in on an unremarkable Saturday afternoon since we were in the neighborhood. We were told by the concierge that the leasing office was only being staffed by one person and she was presently showing an apartment. While the low staffing seemed odd for a Saturday, since we were just passing through, it wasn't really a problem

First, let me state that this review is based on my time living at 1330 Boylston, not experiences visiting friends or my opinions on the Fenway area.
Needless to say, a 2-star review shouldn't inspire confidence. Here's why: I've lived in properties managed by Samuels Realty for about 5 years---the majority of which was spent in 1330's older sister building just down the street---Triangle Trilogy. I LOVED living there---and so, when the time came that I needed to move into a larger apartment, I thought that living at 1330 would be a similar experience. Not at all.

This place is great if you have a pet or need a lease shorter than 1 year. There aren't many places in Boston that offer both. 1330 offers month to month
The concierge team is terrific. They are on top of deliveries and communicating.
The building is NOT smoke free and they don't care to specifically tell you that. My apartment often smelled like weed and cigarettes because neighbors would smoke in their apartments. Often it would fill the whole hallway. Not acceptable. What was worse was the GM's response - "smoking is a private decision and we allow our residents to smoke

Listen the building is great, the apartments are clean and updated, but is it worth the price? That is a hard question to answer. Having moved here from a different city, the initial stick shock was crazy. I think this building had a lot of great features and if you are able to use them, then i think its worth the price of admission. The pool is a great feature, but i personally love the concierge. They are always pleasant and very helpful. Also this building does a great job with setting up free functions and activities for the tenants. I do appreciate that, but like i said, the price of admission

The other reviews were from quite some time ago. For a property that does not allow undergrads, it's at over 70% undergrad in past year alone! Hallways smell like trash, and air freshener/perfume. Non stop parties & noise. All they care about is their short term rentals (which means the only working elevator is shut down every day cause of constant moves since they rent about by the hour, day, weekend, month). Only good thing I have to say about this place is the current concierges are fantastic & actually manage the building. They currently have no maintenance people & "

Quick update- the move was completely smooth, thanks to the management office and concierge. They were also super helpful when all of our furniture was delivered.
The appliances are super modern, which I'm not used to. I accidentally screwed up the cycle of my washing machine one saturday, so i reported the problem on the online resident website. A team was at my door an hour later to fix the problem. In the interim, I found out online that the washer and dryer retail for $1250 each, and the fridge retails for $1800. They really didn't skimp on the construction at this place, and I
