I knew at the age of 7 that this was the career path for me. I even named my 'future salon' when I was still in high school! I grew-up in the Rice Street neighborhood and currently live in St. Paul. I became a hair stylist in 1991 and transformed what is now The Look Hair Salon in 2006. It was a homecoming of sorts as the location's former salon, The Hair Station, was where my career took off in the mid nineties.
Hair color is very personal. We're confident we can match your vision with our expertise. Our full line of Artego colors have everything from pale blondes to blue blacks. With ammonia free color gels, gentle permanent cream hair colors and bleaches, The Look has it all. Whether it's those pesky grey hairs or you desire a whole new look, our All Over service has you covered.

Was very upset with the experience I had and don't think I'll be back. I came in on Saturday, there were only 2 cars in the lot but they told me they were booked and refused to give me service. Why is there a sign out front that says "walk-ins welcome" if you are expected to make an appointment? It was my first time going there and wanted to try some place new, but if this is how they treat potential clients, I will have my hair done elsewhere! Very disappointed that my time was wasted driving over there.
