This Global Master Color Expert Program is one of the highest accolades in the industry. Her passion is to customize and create a seamless color that will compliment your eye and skin tone.
She specializes in color correction, balayage, hand painted highlights, full color transformations. Kelley brings her diverse and successful career of 16 years to Pre'mo Salon. She has worked both here in the Twin Cities as well as Chicago. Throughout extensive training in both cut and color, Kelley understands how important it is to stay on top in the ever changing industry.

Bree did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I had never done a tint and thread before - she was knowledgeable, clearly experienced and I left extremely happy with the results. The salon felt very clean and atmosphere was relaxing. I’ll be back again!

I've been seeing Bree Weller for over 6 years and I trust her more than anyone with my brows! She always checks in with me about changes to my makeup routine to tailor my brows to my current style. She is professional, fast, and knowledgeable. She has her own private space at Pre'mo that feels super cozy and comfortable. The rest of the salon is clean, chic, and welcoming. Love being able to check out directly with Bree instead of waiting in a line at a desk. I highly recommend Bree and Pre'mo!

I don't know what I would do without Nyssa!! She understands my thin hair and can achieve the PERFECT red/copper color. I didn't have to go through that awkward "new stylist" phase. I'm over the moon. She's amazing!

I really did not think such a swanky salon was behind the doors when I saw the studio from the outside. The salon is gorgeous. I saw Sarah who is the best stylist I've ever seen. She's the type of person who knows what you want even when you give the vaguest description. A real pro. Also best hair cut ever. She wore a mask, all of us were social distanced and there is a room in the basement stylist can request if there is someone who is immune compromised and need to be even further removed. I kept my mask on the whole time and honestly it wasn't an issue even when I was getting

Nyssa was my stylist for my first visit to Pre'mo, and I must say, she killed it!! Raise your hand if you get nervous when it's time to try a new stylist or aesthetician??
I move around A LOT, and it's always a risk trying someone new. But Nyssa is NOT a risk. She spent time talking to me before the haircut about what would be best for my hair, and then afterwards, showed me different ways to style my hair that I never would've had the confidence to try myself.

I walked into this salon as a walk in potential client only to be looked down upon and told her salon is by appointment only. I guess walking in with a pair of jeans and a sweatshirt was looked down upon. Rude and snotty staff and owner. I guess didn't fit in with their West 7th Stepford Wives Club. Their loss. Not Recommended

Kelley has been doing my hair for over 12 years. She has an amazing ability to create a look for you that is better than you were even hoping for. Pre'mo Salon is a great new salon in West 7th of St Paul! The decor is sophisticated and fun, a great selfie shot after getting your hair done! I followed my stylist to this new location, and it's amazing the client service and teamwork of all the stylists! I have been seeing Peter for a couple of years and always receive compliments on my color and cut. He has helped me gradually go from dark to light as my hair turned grayer, and my hair had remained healthy and soft through the process. He gives precision hair cuts that are truly flattering.
The salon itself is beautiful. Parking is on the street directly in front, so you never have to walk more than a few steps.

This was my first hair cut from Kelley. She was so sweet and accommodating with what I like done with my hair. The booking system on the website is so easy and I was able to get an appointment within my schedule. I love the salon layout, it's so friendly and intimate. I am so happy with my cut and style, that I had to snap a photo right away. Thanks Kelley!
