Can only speak on the property I rent. Maintenance request takes too long before you receive a response. Maintenance including emergency request are not answered or fixed until weekday granted it doesn't fall on a holiday.
Property I rent had mold and termite damage.

They have worked with me when I was late on my rent a time or 2 but I have been with them 4 years and regularly paid my rent on time. Their maintenance staff are unqualified. Water heater went out, a maintenance man put a hole in wall trying to get it in the house. He didn't notify me about it nor did he fix the hole. Furnace went out in the spring. I went the whole summer with no central air. When winter came around, maintenance staff would come out but could not fix it. I had several space heaters in my house. Of course electric bill was extremely high. They wouldn't acknowledge or allow a discount

Probably the most unprofessional interactions i've had for a renter company. Workers were harassing us for the applications with threats to withdraw application not done within their time frame. Workers seem to not know about their own properties, can't view them either, won't let you view them unless you put down a deposit and sign their lease. I've turned in my applications last week and now there not even returning any phone calls for homes we were interested in. This company will take your application money and probably ignore you. Not even worth it. From the other reviews, probably best not

Submitting maintenance requests are a joke. We detected a burning smell coming from the circuit breaker box and the power keeps tripping off. We called and placed a maintenance request with no luck. If its an emergency such as a pipe burst, or some electrical issues they take their time (literally) and you cannot speak to anyone in the main office. When you request maintenance they dispatch to a company out of state. We have an emergency that could lead to some serious damage. Don' rent with them I've experienced several issues with this house since moving in in March and onlly 2 of my 5 requests

I have never rented from such terrible people. We have been without a working stove for 3 months and we're a family of 6. Our air is broken ALL of the time. The cracked out maintenance man half fixes everything. If you can avoid renting from them do so. I started renting from a private owner who sold the house. Im currently saving to move because j refused to sign my new lease.

I've been in my rental for 5 years, Waypoint was pretty decent but Prager Property Management is a Slum Lord! I called maintenance on 12/27/2020 at 1pm to report that the water heater is spraying out water in the garage, floor is soaked, water running from the garage door onto the driveway. No one has come out. It is now day 3 this water heater has flooded the entire garage, my personal items, the ceiling, walls are now damaged, paint is bubbling up. And after calling 5 more times and sending another email it's 12/30/2020 6am and no one has come out still. In November our Stove went out right before

If you are a contractor, DO NOT do any work for this company. You will not get paid. We are owed thousands from this company. We have done multiple jobs with the promise of getting paid and they just keep stringing us along.
If they pay us I will remove this review.

They took over my lease from First Key Home a couple of months before it ended and it has been a nightmare. They took over two weeks to repair a major leak in the house resulting in a water bill 3x higher than normal that they refused to compensate for. I lost track of the number of times I contacted them over the issue using text, phone calls, and email. Really an awful, disorganized, company. Don't rent from them if you have a choice.

This management group is very unprofessional no one from corporate tries to help any of the tenants with issues on the property I’ve been in a home with mold in the bathroom leaking sinks floor falling in Vents falling out the roof forest in my back yard plexi glass windows,Bad Plumbing’s and many more problems please if anyone no of a way to get out this lease please let me know I will never refer anyone to this group
