My daughter got a flat on one of her tires. I wanted to match the replacement tire to the rest but the tire model had been discontinued. I found one online and had it shipped to Vonderlehr who mounted and balanced it for their normal fee, which seemed to me to be hardly worth their time since I wasn't able to buy the tire from them. Everyone I spoke with at Vonderlehr through the entire process was friendly and helpful. This is where I will do all of my tire business from now on.

Great prices, great service, quality tires and service. Have purchased tires from them 3 times over the past 15 years and they have given me great service and fair pricing. Everyone at Vonderlehr Tire Pros was just that - a pro. Instead of having me wait, they told me to come in and replaced my tire at a price better than any other place, knew what they were looking at, were professional, cordial, and fast. Loki (sp?), Richard, Warren, and spoke to Cole on the phone were wonderful not only with replacing the tire - I thought I had lost my wallet and they went out of their way to look for it. These guys have been in business for 100 years, and I've been going to them off and on for a long time whenever I don't take my cars to the dealer. Did that this morning, and they're still just as nice as they can be, fast and priced right! The dealer told me my tire couldn't be fixed and that I needed a new one. I had a feeling they weren't being honest, and I was right. Vonderlehr fixed it for me in a jiffy!

This place has the best people, with the best interest, not only for your car, but for you as a person. I came in to get 2 tire changes because of a small rip in my tire + tire rotation. They called me back in an hour to tell me that there was no real damage to the tires and that in good conscience, they could not take my money and change the tire. I was SO appreciative of their honesty and the efforts in putting their best interest for their customers. Definitely will come back here if I have any real problems with my car!!!!

In late December, I popped a tire in Norfolk, Va. Luckily, I was able to get home on the doughnut tire.
I was able to stop by and the speak to one of the employees (the owner?) about the available tires for my Subaru. He ordered the necessary tire and told me to return the next day. When I returned, it turned out that there had been some sort of mishap. I understood, as it was right around the new year and they're a small business

I called for an alignment and 2 rear tires. I wasn't looking for anything expensive because I plan on selling my car soon. They had the tires in same day and got me in the day after I called. I dropped my car off at 1pm and it was already done by 2:30! I was expecting to get a paragraph of things I need (since I'm a woman I felt I'd be taken advantage of). I paid $256 for an alignment and 2 brand new tires, which was below what I had budgeted. They told me if I had any issues to call them and they would come help if I needed anything. If I could give 6 stars I would-- They were amazing

Excellent customer service. Warren helped to find heavy load original factory tires for my Tesla Model 3. The tires needed to be special ordered, but Vonderlehr Tire Pros was still able to take delivery and schedule the install within just a couple of days! I had a flat on a brand new tire (purchased from another shop) that had 2 miles on it.
They could have charged me more, but since I only needed a new valve stem, the repair cost was less.
Everyone was very friendly, and this is the shop I will use going forward.
There is plenty of comfortable seating the the huge waiting area, which doubles as a mini automotive antigues museum.

I've been dealing with Richard and his associates at Vonderlehr Tire for more than 10 years and have never had a bad experience. They have the best hard-working service people matched with the best prices for tires in central VA. Today I took my BMW 335ci in to have a front tire replaced, which I had damaged during the recent snowstorm. Richard was quick to replace the tire and get me a goodwill discount from Michelin that saved me over $100. You simply cannot find a better, nicer or more reputable tire company in Richmond!

Vonderlehr has fit us in at the last minute more than once. They are reliable and very trustworthy- I have had a few tires patched here as well as tires rotated and changed. Most work was done while I waited- so pretty quick too! Will definitely return here whenever I have something that needs to be done to my car!

Best tire place in Richmond. This business will not overcharge you or lay more services on you. I have brought in my Subaru cross trek here twice and they worked with me to replace just one specialty tire, which is not something most big tire places will do with all wheel vehicles. This shop is local at its best with down home feel with great quality service.

The workers here are kind and friendly. Since I'm a young Asian girl, most auto service shops talk down to me or try to charge me the maximum price. I've been here twice for rims and tires and they've always tried their best to help me. I highly recommend. Their tires are also at a good price as well.

Honest, knowledgeable, and quick. I blew out a tire and replaced it with a spare. I brought the damaged tire in (without an appointment!) to get a second opinion and after a ~20 minute wait, they said that it needed it to be replaced. Since I'm selling the car soon and the other tires had less than 25k miles on them, I didn't want to replace it with a new tire, so they sold me a used one that was the same size, speed rating, and tread life. Was in and out in about a hour and saved me about $150. Will definitely be returning for all my tire needs and referring all my friends and family

I visited this location based on the kind reviews I read on Yelp and its proximity to where I was on VCU's campus, only about a mile away. It is quite close and convenient, and right by VUU if you're familiar with the area. Area looks a little rough, but not a concern.

My friend was referred here by a person at Paradise Auto to get an issue with her tire straightened out. Long story short, she brought it to this location, we left for an hour and a half, and came back to find the problem completely fixed for next to nothing (less than $15). I'm not looking forward to having any tire issues, though if I do, I will be glad to give this location my business. Great service at a great price
