Probably one of the best shops I've ever been to. This is my first BMW and they have been so helpful! They are also extremely honest, I took the car in 6 months ago for a pre purchase inspection. Most shops would pick the car apart but they told me it was the cleanest car they have seen in a while, and made me feel great about my purchase! They have been so informative on the care and how to drive the car so I can have it for years with minimal repairs. I HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for an extremely skilled and honest place to take your vehicle! Also, cant beat the pricing!

I never write reviews but this place is the worst car shop I've ever been to. Even the BMW dealership will charge you less for their service. These people think if you drive an expensive car you're dumb enough to pay thousands of dollars in order to get your car fixed. If you want to get ripped off this is a perfect place to go to. Will never come back.

I took my '88 BMW E30 325i to them a couple weeks ago and they were phenomenal. It really isn't a good business venture to sell yourself short but these guys do! From their combined knowledge to their expertise on a 30 year old car just had me awe-struck! Brian - the mechanic I spoke with, taught me so much about my vehicle. I challenged him at every turn but he gave back the right information. Even with Mary Margaret, I expressed to them both my ambitions with the car and they told me what they would do if they were in my shoes. Exceptional service. I came to them after major issues with another shop. Twin star staff were very helpful and polite, they allowed me to use their car while my car was having work done. While repairing an issue with my window the glass shattered (which was not fully their fault), but they paid for the parts and labor to repair the window. They properly diagnosed all issues with my car, which had just been misdiagnosed by another shop, and referred me to other specialists in the community. Wonderful!

Great place to take a saab to. They knew exactly what they were doing, served me very fast and were honest! That's a rare combo. Exceeded my expectations by a mile. Also plenty of places around to eat or kill time while you wait. Great shop, seriously... Other places couldn't even scan my car correctly with the right scanner and they did it in 10 mins!

I asked them to replace my starter then they told me I needed more parts. Which was covered in the warranty and they gave me the run around and held my car for over a month. Then told me they couldn't help me any longer and told me to get my car. I took it to BMW and they said I did not need that part, they just forgot to connect the proper wires. Very poor service.
