Bought a muffler online to save a few dollars. I went here asking him to install it and he told me he did not install customer's parts. I can't help but wonder if he custom makes mufflers there or what exactly he installs as far as exhaust. I was right about the double charge for the muffler apparently. That is apparently how they make their money. I'll drive around with it in the back of my Pathfinder before I pay 4 or $500 for a $100 muffler to be installed !!!!!!! JS

I put a bolt on exhaust kit on my truck and did not have an airgun that was strong enough to get the clamps down tight enough. He was very professional and fixed the issue in 5 minutes. I know from now on when i do exhaust on my vehicles where I will be going. He has been doing it for along time and his work shows it.

Tons of experience to get the job done right. Greg can quote the exhaust part numbers for your car from memory. That's how well he knows his stuff. Had dual exhaust put on my 2001 Mustang base. He knew exactly what I wanted and did a great job. It doesn't get any better than that. Honest and skilled. Don't go anywhere else.

CP's Mufflers is now on my shortlist of Auto Repair Shops in Richmond, VA. 20-year-old Jeep Grand Cherokee failed state inspection due to a few holes in the exhaust system. After reading a few reviews of local shops called CP's and work completed lived up to all the great reviews. Great quality, good value, professional and pleasant interaction. Highly recommend.

Came here to take off my bigger bullet muffler in the back and install two smaller ones right after my H pipe. Even though it was very little space and almost impossible, he worked something out for me but had to go out of the way to even taking down the exhuast a bit to weld it. Also I asked if he could bring in one of my tips because the other shop weld it uneven, he said he doesn't know if it would be possible and I quickly responded it's okay because I didn't want to be a nuisance. So I didn't think he did but I checked a few hours later and I don't know if I'm

CP Mufflers has serviced my vehicles since 2010 and has always done quality work. They are honest and fair priced, you will not be disappointed. They did an emergency inspection of my engine and exhaust and not only pointed out my issues but also referred a great repair company to fix my blown spark plug. If you've got an exhaust issue take it to them first and save yourself some frustration.
