I had a very ugly experience when I met a person who works there. Her alias is Vanessa Calderin. The Miss insisted on meeting with my husband alone, calling him permanently for meetings. Please be careful who… you hire. Ms. is reportedly on the hunt for a wealthy man while introducing herself under the Related Group company name. Thank you..

This company does not care about the buildings they own. Quite a few of their properties have broken elevators, electrical issues, and more.
My friend almost fell through the stairwell because of the deterioration due to age. They got stuck in the elevator multiple times since living at their residence.
Most of their buildings were NOT designed with ACCESSIBILITY in mind. It was only designed for outside appearances in mind.

I have personal experience with living at one of Related’s newly opened in 2018 developed properties, Paraiso Bay in Miami. This is a failure of a building! The drainage and plumbing systems are basically non existent. Every time it rains here (and that’s a lot in Miami), the elevators shut down and residents are forced to take the stairs and there are 50+ floors! Overall, Related Group and their Engineer failed to provide the proper drainage systems; therefore, the whole building is completely ruined. And I can’t wait to move out! 😁

Do NOT sign a lease with this group! They will offer you free rent for a month or whatever the “special” is - they will put it in a offer letter but not the lease. They will pull money for the “free month” then not refund you saying well it wasn’t on the lease. Horrible they found a loop hole to get people in a 13 month lease with first month free and not honor it. Stay classy @relatedgroup

STAY AWAY! They are the worst, most unprofessional developers. Bought pre-construction was a terrible mistake. They sell "luxury" but you'll get cheap materials, unfinished units, mold. Their buildings are falling into pieces... go read reviews of Paraiso Towers, SLS, Brickell Heights and you'll see the nightmare it is for people to reside in anything developed by them.

Provide a higher level of customer service that aligns with the cost of living in a 5 star "luxury" rental. Those who can afford to live in your communities deserve and expect more; they certainly pay for it. I expect professionalism, returned calls, response to emails; all non-existent. And they think I'm going to move in. Not now! This should be their best foot forward; I don't want to imagine how bad it is once you're locked in. I suspect this starts at the top. All I can do is walk away.

@Related_Group - Im disgusted, you charge residents for water used for construction and irrigation ... see bill attached. Release from lease. Also have videos of construction before 7am. Never was given notice such a huge project was about to start! They just care about money, they don’t care about residents and tenants.

They painted City Place garage in West Palm Beach with graffitti! So ugly sticks out like a sore thumb. Don't care about the people! Bad news! City Place is a white elephant. Merchants have left even Macy's. Waste of time other merchants can't wait for their leases to end so they can leave. 9 West gone; williams and sonoma gone; white house black market gone; Restoration Hardware built their own building! The parking fees are a rip off! at least 15 restaurants have come and gone! There is a Starbucks and Panera left and movies. Free concerts with unknowns...terrrible

Stay away from their buildings. Never buy a pre-construction done by Related. Everything looks good on paper but when you actually get your unit it looks completely different. They don't finish their interior like they say they would. I have several friends who had to call them to re-do all the interior because they rush to finish their units. Several people complains that the units are very small once they are done. That the master bedrooms looks like a small room with a bathroom. Not worth the money. Also they control the prices of the units they sell. For example if you where able to negotiate

Horrible company, they own a lot of building in Miami but buyers be aware. Make sure when you are planning to buy a property to put everything in writing because their sales people like Belinda Andretti will tell you one thing and then once you sign a contract she will change the terms and everything she promise you. Horrible developers, I have heard from a lot of people that this happen to them. So be aware!!!
