My girlfriend and I have lived in these apartments for a little over year and a half It’s a decent starting point for any young couple or single person. It’s location is the best part, so close to pretty much everything you’ll need or want in or right around Richmond. Which is the reason why the rent maybe a bit more expensive than I would like, but it’s convenient for now.
This location has no amenities except for a laundry room, there’s no pool, no gym, no trail, no nothing…
They have replaced the road, and replaced the fences outside the apartments recently, which makes the property

I really enjoyed living here. The prices are comparable to every other location in the area but this apartment complex doesn’t really feel like it’s an apartment because ALL of the apartments are 1 STORY. I used to live in a 3rd floor apartment and I hated it. But living here was like I had my own little house. Best of all, it’s a very friendly and safe neighborhood. I also love their apartment technicians!!!! Super nice and friendly and always waves at me when I’m leaving for work in the morning!!!

My husband and I have been living at Oakbrook Apartments for 3 1/2 years. We love the aspect that the apartments are single story. Our apartment has tons of storage options including a pull down attic for extra storage. Excellent location, management & maintenance! The grounds are also very well kept.

Nice location, adorable apartments and great staff and maintenance team. Everyone is very nice and courteous. They have shown me a great response time in fixing the small issues that occurred in the unit...and with a smile and nice greeting every time. Very nice place to live. The staff were very kind and helpful with any questions or concerns I had when I was looking for a place to live. It was a easy process from the start to the finish of the move in. I really like the way you can pay rent and put work orders in on the website. I would recommend Oakbrook Apts.
