Dodged a bullet by not living here. The leasing officer promised a specific price point during the tour with written agreement. When I asked her to honor the price, she attempted to tell me that I was asking for a different monthly term leasing price and that the one I wanted was not right. The written agreement shows the specific month and price that we agreed on and I was asking for her to honor. The request was ignored. The written agreement explained that we would also receive a refund for the application fee as I am a first responder and my fiancée is a veteran which was not honored and now

This place is like putting perfum on garbage. They charge you 10 times what it would cost if something minor breaks. Plumbing is terrible and the AC/Heating unit constantly goes out. They used to have a racist lady working in the office but moved her after complaints. She was forcing people to get direct tv. Washing machines constantly leak and make a lot of noise. The walls are thin and you hear everything. My vehicle has also been violated and broken into. Doggie waste centers always out of baggies. They also make you resign a lease 3 months before it ends and only gives you a week to decide

DON'T EVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. While we were house searching we put ourselves on the waitlist for this property. WAS TOLD MULTIPLE TIMES that the $300 dollar deposit was refundable. Once we were asked to be taken off the waitlist we were informed it was not refundable. Staff was extremely rude to me when I tried to clear this up.
Will never recommend this property to anyone I know.

I really enjoyed living here, but they piled on serious charges during move out. Be aware that they rip the carpet up to assess the bottom of the carpet regardless of there being visible stains. In addition to the "carpet cleaning", they also charge you to replace the entire townhome's carpets. They are also way too overpriced in my opinion.

Best place to live! The apartments are well maintained and pet friendly. They have a beautiful clubhouse with a pool, gym, a full kitchen, pool tables, and more. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. Lauren and Rebecca made a huge effort to make sure we were happy and comfortable there. Anytime there was a problem you could count on them. Maintenance was very reliable and you could ask them to help you with absolutely anything. They even helped me get a wasp out of the house once. They also put on nice events every month, like dinners, pool parties, paint nights, etc. Lived here for

This is the first apartment community I've lived since moving to Richmond and have been completely blown away by my experience. The Estates have an incredibly attentive staff and excellent customer service - always greeting you with a smile and treating your issues as their own. The apartments themselves have character and detail that you normally can't find in apartment communities.
The amenities the Estates provide take everything to the next level! The entire property is very dog friendly, with dog stations every block or so as well as a fenced in dog park and walking trail. Not to mention

Beware of the positive reviews. The leasing office offers incentives and prizes to residents for leaving a good review.
I have lived here for about 4 months now and have to say it's not what I thought it would be. I moved from out of state and chose this place after a lot of online research. I wanted to be in a neighborhood that was close to the nearby hospital that I work at. Just like other online reviewers have said, this place boasted to be quieter and more upscale than other places in the area which is reflected in the higher rent so I chose this building over the others thinking it would
