Seriously thought about moving into these apartments but after a very rude apartment manager conversation telling me corporate said I need to delete/remove a one star rated post and a complex that is more concerned with one star rating then fixing the problem is just a disgusting way buisnesses do buisness these days. If it is hushed no one needs to know obvious issues cause obvious concerns from many who have said something past and present whether it's in writing or not does not mean it shouldnt be looked into and handled. I wrote and had pictures and was told deleting them and the post was best

As soon as we stopped by and toured this apartment complex, we knew it was going to be our home. We have lived here for over 2 years and it has been nothing but wonderful. The staff are super friendly, readily available to help in any situations, and truly care about their tenants. Karen, in the office, has been the biggest help with anything we need!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to move in somewhere! You won’t regret it.

I have been living here for three years now love the price for the location. Karen is professional and respectful to my needs. Karen also is professional and respectful when it comes to the rules and regulations of the apartment. I have also had a awesome experience with the maintenance crew.The maintenance crew were also professional and respectful of my needs considering that I worked third shift and trying to be quiet and not wake me up when they came in. Hillard Rd Apartments is an awesome location and great for families. Would highly recommend.

And I love the apartments the community and the neighbors great and atmosphere of community not easy to move after 10 years .Karen is great manager and has always next to us helper for all services and professional for here position very nice when she explains +awesome maintenance crew with experience and they now all service you need .Hilliard rd apartments is awesome location and great for families. Hello everyone, I live in these apartments since August 2013. They are comfortable economically, they have a very nice patio, rooms with wooden floors, such is good for my dogs.I have never had any problems with cockroaches, fleas etc. in the office the manager are very friendly & helpful. If there is a job i need, they do it fast, the neighbors are of different nationalities. that makes it a multicultural place. They also do events for the community and the family. Remember they’re pet friendly.

I have lived here going on seven (7) years now and have never had a real problem here. The price for what you get is great and the office staff (especially Karen) have always addressed any issue i had immediately. It is a quiet neighborhood and very child friendly. Plus I don't have to cut grass or do any landscaping here. Lol. It is a decent place to live.

Hilliard Road apartment was my first home. I just moved out a couple month ago only because I needed a bigger place with washer and dryer. Office staff are amazing. They always make me feel home. Quiet neighborhood. Affordable price. I really loved that place. Whenever I would have an issue I just call and everything was fixed the same day. I would highly recommend a good friend to this place. Very good management. Keep up the good job guys. Thank you for making my renting experience the best.
