VERY POOR MANAGEMENT
Move in date was pushed back a whole month due to no maintenance work done to my future apartment unit. Was finally able to move in (11/01/21) after a month to NO maintenance work done whatsoever. I called and called and even showed up to the office on multiple occasions due to no one putting in effort on my apartment unit and still no answer or actions were taken. Not even a follow up. Here it is almost January 2022 and only two of my issues were solved. The most urgent issues that I have should have been completed before I moved in. But I didn't know that would be the case

Office was of little help. Website has not been updated to represent true availability. I told them this, and it is still showing that there are 9 available apartments (One of which says Available Today), when that is just not true. Disappointing.

Absolutely the worst place to stay! Never have I dealt with more issues in any other place than this one! And I haven't even been here for a year! Mold growing everywhere, and they don't even take care of it! They just put paint to cover it up and call it a day. Have 1 maintenance person for over 15+ building gs and u gotta wait for them foer a month, gotta call them at least 5-6 times to finally someone to come over, and even then they don't take of the issue. Not my words quoted below, but this is my EXACT same experience!! Haven't been here a year yet and my move in list is STILL INCOMPLETE! Management is rude & unprofessional is an understatement. Even CORPORATE will not respond! I had mold in my unit due to the ceiling leaking from the bathroom. The mold was painted over. Still signs of mold in other areas.. My tub still doesn't not have a diverter and I was told months ago it would be repaired. And a slew of other repairs are still pending.

I give the 1star rating because for the past 24hrs no one has answered the phone. A prerecorded message comes on and says “sorry we have stepped away from the desk”. How long will a person be away from the desk? I have even left a voicemail to still no one returning my phone call.

Tried contacting someone about renting a 3 bedroom cause my family needs a place before the end of the month and nobody will contact me back.

Very Unprofessional! This place has had SEVERAL property managers. The newest property manager is very nasty, condescending, and unaware of what her job entails. The leasing office does not answer the phone during business hours and the maintenance is mediocre.

GET IN TO IT THE AREA THE SCHOOL THE HOMES ARE BIG BEAUTIFUL ...very clean .there was visitor parking available 24/7 I mean I never had to worry about maintenance issues or staff ,the rental office staff was always friendly, helpful and understanding .I love this community you would too. I am women of a large single family home and they made it avery easy experience to apply and affordable

If I could give this place a negative review I would. Management is unprofessional & will attempt to lie in your face. Once you call them out right lairs the all of a sudden have emergency phone calls to take great thing O recorded it. Maintenance only sleep around with tenants verses actually fixing anything. They will bully you into signing a lease. I have 1 notice saying that f I don't sign a lease I'll have to pay $895 another notice saying I have to be out by Nov. 11th, go into the office was told I can't live on property without a lease but told my new rental company that I didn't give them

Management sucks ! They have a new manager every year. No one ever knows what's going on when you ask them questions. All they know how to do is beat around the bush. The place has horrible plumbing! And a horrible office team. I couldn't wait to get out of there. But the apartments themselves aren't bad. Could use more closet space. Kettler (Corporate) is no better there are just as bad as the office. Kim needs to be fired !
