The A/C unit stopped working on Sunday night at approximately 9:00PM.
We submitted a work order that same night. The next morning we received a text informing us that technician had been assigned, along with his contact information. We contacted the technician and he came out at approximately 2:00 PM. He was very knowledgeable and went right to the source. A PVC pipe inside the air handler was clogged and full of water. He unclogged it and the unit began working immediately. He was there only about 15 minutes.

Stop stealing money, these office is the worst scammers I had seen in my life. They steal the money from everyone, they lived with the money of the application. We had scheduled and appointment online thru their system, confirmed with email and text. On the morning of, they claimed they did not have our appointment at all. When when we showed our email confirmation they said the appointment was back on. But the woman in the front office "could not get a hold of the field agent" while we were waiting in front of the house 25 minutes past our confirmed scheduled time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL OF PEOPLE'S TIME. If only the owners of this property knew how poorly their property was being managed.

The worst company in Florida. They just want to steal the money of the application. They asked for one thousand requirements and after you gave them all, they wait 1 week to tell you denied. Every time they asked for more, is the first time that I saw people very unprofessional renting apartments. Don’t wasted your money here! Don’t trust in this people.

I've only had Rent Care as my property manager for a few months now, but so far there's been no issues. Each person I've interacted with has been very helpful and professional.
I looked around a loooooot before picking a place I wanted to live and for the area the rent here is very much in line with similar properties and I feel like I'm paying a fair price. I've only needed to contact them for one issue and it was handled smoothly and easily.
I would have liked to have seen a bit more work go into prepping the unit before I moved in; but this is my first time living in Florida and I'm not sure

The first go around we had terrible communication and customer service with our first rental from Rentcare on the second go around from renting from Rentcare we received promp and courteous service from Luz Rivera! We thank her for all her help and support. The customer service came out 10xs better than our first go around. This is an edit as the first rental service was a 2 but the second rental service is a 4 star.

It was a pleasure working with Francisco and his team for the past 6 years as our property manager and most recently as our realtor for the sale of the property. They were always professional and responsive and handled any issues in a timely manner. Once we decided to sell, they helped us go from listing to closing day in just one month. Please read these reviews and RUN! I decided to not listen to the reviews and had to have a horrible experience with this company. First red flag was when I went to see the property it did not look ready for move in. You can tell they did not even take the time to professionally clean the carpets or anything else on the property. The listing said the house will be as is. I was already weary because this tells a lot about the type of rental company you will be dealing with. Despite all the bad reviews we decided to move forward with the application because we really liked the house and the area
