As part of the HOA board, Keeffe has been great to work with as our management company. We’re a new association, and Keeffe’s knowledge and industry experience has been incredibly helpful to us. He regularly checks in on our community needs, attends scheduled board meetings, and is easy to reach by phone and email.

The only problem I have with this company is how they treat other people the so called CEO OR PRESIDENT never had no issues until now very very discriminating unprofessional lack of communicating and communication...... Regardless how tenant still he refused to take any action on his employees that's why that me and my two brother are going to file a federal lawsuit against partners management to hold these employees and the CEO accountable.....

Worst property management group I have ever worked with. As a tenant, repairs would take upwards of a week to be done, and when completed usually looked worse. Their contractors are not real contractors. They let my air conditioning go unrepaired for upwards of 17 days, they pressured washed lead paint off the side of the house into the neighbors property and had the EPA fine the property. If you are a tenant watch out. If you are an owner, your property will not be taken care of.

I've been living in one of their properties for less than 2 weeks and I can tell you now that they are the worst people to work with. Also probably less than 2 mos. of staying here I had a little mice appear; on another day a lizard. Since being in my rental property I have had life threatening electrical issues. Some of the electrical outlets spark when you plug things in the wall. One day I kept smelling a burning smell; found out a plug behind my dresser that I wasn't using just started melting. In one of the bedrooms that I was using for storage, I noticed too late that it already had melted

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you have partner Management as your property manager, be careful they artificially change your balance, DO NOT TRUST them. There is a large number of complaints against this company poor accounting and other issues. This company has a Post Office Box and has asked all the owners to send their HOA dues to this address, most owners send their dues on time during grace period of 10 days. Partners Management pick up their mails after the 10th and will charge everyone with late fees. When you question them, employee working for the company strongly advise people to send their

We lived in our house for over 2 years and never had any poor experiences while living there. Although we didn't have too many maintenance requests during that time, when we did, they were always taken care of in a timely manner.
Unfortunately our experience turned sour when we moved out of the house. Not only were we denied our security deposit, we were told we OWED nearly $2,500 for damages. In this case "damages" meant outrageous pre-existing issues, such as uneven flooring due to the house settling, star stickers on the ceiling placed there by a previous tenants child, failure to remove furniture

I wish i could give them a better score but in my 3 years of experience with them it has not been pleasant. I haven't had anyone curse at me or talk unprofessionally. Actually the general interactions have been nice. but they refuse to fix anything right. They gave me an oven to replace another broken oven - with dirt, leaves, spider-webs and roaches in it - which we had to deal with exterminating, They gave us several broken dishwashers - slime, screws falling out, heating element not working on any of them - again junkyard appliances. Very bad management. Old run down buildings with poor setup and maintenance of the building is horrible,its like their buildings have been in existence since memorial with no change over. Over priced rent.Avoid at all cost if you can, save yourself the headaches.Glad am out of there, it was a horrible experience. Even giving me PTSD just thinking about it.

Steer clear of this company! I moved into a house they manage and had to replace all of the faucets when I turned the water on because of frozen pipes. They claimed not to be responsible. My roof has been leaking for 3 months. I have notified them of the issue several times and they still haven't repaired the leak. The house doesn't have A/C, which they weren't even aware of. When I requested they add cooling to the central heat, they tried to raise my rent and install window units. A massive tree fell in our backyard and they won't pay to have it cut up and removed. Every time

Absolutely awful. Would NEVER rent any unit associated with this company ever again.
Unprofessional/unresponsive rude staff. Experienced multiple maintenance issues while living in our unit that were reported numerous times and never resolved. Our "move-out inspection" including a bunch of erroneous charges (holes in the wall from curtain rod--curtain rods that were installed prior to us moving in...etc).

First of all.. this is a management group, it is not a landlord, they communicate with you IN PLACE OF the landlord, of course you can understand that. When you aren't dealing with a landlord, you have to follow protocol. If your rent is late.. a 'person' would have mercy on you and your story as to why rent was late, but these people do not. "But why not??" <--because if they let you slide once, you'll think you can slide every time, and it shouldn't work that way.

Do yourself a favor and do not hire these people. They treat their clients poorly and are terrible with communication, something a landlord relies on when they live nowhere near the property. When this was kindly brought to their attention, Office Manager Eloise had the nerve to yell at me, reducing me to tears and then asked why I was calling her "crying and whining." Who speaks to a client that way?! It took a month for me to get my keys back after the tenants moved out and that was after I had to bring it to their attention twice. I would like to share my experiences with Partners Management so that hopefully it will save someone else from having to deal with the same issues that I have had with them. I live in a condo building who's association has retained Partners as their building manager. We have numerous and blatant problems around the building which they completely fail to address over and over. We have cars abusing our parking lot, parking without permits and leaving no spaces for people who live here. I own multiple properties and businesses and they are BY FAR THE WORST company I have ever had to encounter. They are completely incompetent of what they are doing. They don't return calls, the staff will offend you and hang up on you, and when you try to talk to their manager, well guess what? Whoever picks up the phone will play hot potato and throw your phone call around with everyone stating that they are the owner and manager. Seriously
