Bermuda Estates At Ormond Beach

I rented a 2 bed in this complex. I could not Wait to move out!!!! Trust me there is nothing luxery about these apartments. For what is charged I am appalled. The pool is nasty, filter doesn't keep up ,and I stopped using because it was filthy. Some of the units abut the highway, how do these people sleep! Major pest issues!!! Visit your unit before you agree to rent !!!!!

Been renting a year now. All the office people were great , Austin went out of her way to help with any questions I had. would rent again.

Pest -roach infestation
Move in -Sunday and they met me at the door.
Complaint about it and was ask to leave.
Beware- make sure you see the apartment and dont let them tell you no. If you cant see the apartment don't rent.
I ask to view the apartment several times and got a different story. I should have trusted my gut feelings.

We moved in about a month ago and couldn't be happier. The rent price is wonderful, the staff is great, the square footage is awesome for the price compared to other places. Very happy with our choice to live here!

We just moved in from TN and our expectations have been exceded! We LOVE it! The people are really friendly, and seems like a great place to live upon initial judgements.

Good experience. We lived there 2 years and only had issues toward the end. They do try to keep the property nice. Price is fair for the area. Great location. Spacious apartments.

Maybe it's too soon to write this but 2 weeks in and I'm very happy here. Great apartments, staff and property and every store you could possibly ask for is within 2 miles of where I live. I think I made a great choice.

I lived there for 2yrs and I have absolutely no complaints. They really try to make you feel like a family. They have food trucks, and activities. They make sure the buildings and the surroundings are always kept clean. Quiet neighborhood. Overall its a great place!!! Great neighbors! Dog lovers!! Would definitely recommend. From maintanence to the front office, everyone is respectful, positive attitudes, and very nice. Thank you!! Keep up the great service!!!!

Pros:
1. Management team is always pleasant and helpful, they try their best. Love Austin!!
2. The apartment itself is SPACIOUS, especially the kitchen.
3. Price is excellent for what you get. I've done plenty of apartment hunting before choosing Bermuda Estates in 2019. This is by far the most value for your buck.
4. Lots of pet waste stations, very convenient for pet owners.
Cons:
Trash compactor seems to be an ongoing problem, as seen in many other reviews. Honestly though, it's more like a minor inconvenience rather than a deal-breaker.
$500 nonrefundable dog fee and $75 mandatory pet
