The property is beautiful and always kept in pristine condition. The maintenance staff is very helpful and makes any necessary repairs in a timely fashion. I've been in contact with Kim about possibly moving to this location this summer. She is always very informative, professional, and super sweet. You can definitely tell she cares about her property and the residents that live there. And just from speaking with her, she goes the extra mile to make that property enjoyable for all who are there. I look forward to communicating more with her, and eventually moving in when something comes available.

I loved it here when I moved here. Even though I had to pay a double deposit I still moved in. So I had some problems with the neighbors underneath me but that was resolved. So our stay there was awesome but I moved out of town when my lease was up and I called and spoke with Kim about my deposit and she said Lenny said I had two broken drawers in the refrigerator and my carpet had a stain. Which the carpet did have a stain but the drawers were not broken unless they were like that once I moved in but I said all that to say this Olive Grove was great to live but just don’t expect what they tell

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the WORST place to live in ormond. The property manger has no compassion for others. You can literally email her (Christine Cain) or ask her 50 times to help with an issue and you won't get squat. It's despicable. You won't be able to get any sleep where you live on the count of all the noise trust me. And don't try saying anything about the neighbors above you being too noisy or about the constant door slamming by neighbors across the hall. NOONE CARES. Lenny the maintenance man was all right although he never keeps a scheduled appointment and sometimes

I just want to say that I have lived here at the olive grove apartments since January 2012. I love where I live. I live on the 3rd floor with Cathedral ceilings. A balcony that over looks the pond and the woods. It’s private and quiet. Not only are my neighbors quiet I barely even see them. And when I do they are very nice. Kim the new office manager is great and is settling in perfectly. She is always so sweet and accommodating to everyone that comes through the office doors. Lenny the maintenance man cares about the property and fixes things the correct way the 1st time. They keep our property
