I recently Moved into The Palms at Daytona and I am truly happy with the decision. Upon moving in I was given a welcome home gift not only for myself but for my cat as well. About a month later another gift was left on my door with hand sanitizer, two masks. In all the places I have lived I have never received such sincere personalized service. The Office manager is so kind and pleasant. My favorite part of my apartment is the Kitchen with the back splash and black appliances it is more updated than houses I've seen on the market. I highly recommend becoming a resident of The Palms at Daytona.

Very friendly staff and management, they always keep everyone informed about anything happening or changing. Always a pleasant experience when talking with Kitty or any of the staff, they really do care about the people who live here. Very family and pet friendly, need more places like this where it is a happy living environment.

I can definitely say it was a little scary finding a home to move to in a whole different state 15hours away from my home town online😲 It turned out to be an amazing place to live. Very quiet and everyone is so friendly. Kitty is very nice and helpful with everything I needed. I would recommend The Palms to anyone🤗 Thank you for everything
