The Berry Patch is a NAEYC-accredited preschool dedicated to one simple idea: helping children discover a love of learning. We believe-and research supports-that the best way to do this is to make learning fun, within a play-based environment that cultivates a child's natural curiosity and enthusiasm.
In 1983, Berrie Lounsberry started The Berry Patch and it is with joy that we announce that in 2019 Berrie's children, Molly & Jeff Dykstra and Brad & Carrie Lounsberry, assumed ownership of The Berry Patch and look forward to stewarding the legacy of love and creative, purposeful, faith-based learning that has equipped over 7,000 graduates with invaluable academic and life skills over the past three decades.

Services
We are excited to offer a new format for Camp Sizzleberry for Summer 2021! We are planning two action-packed three-week sessions for 3-5 year olds along with our Kindergarten Boot Camp, Jamberries. All sessions INCLUDE LUNCH BUNCH this summer and will be offered from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Please note that campers must be 3 years old and fully potty-trained to participate.
As a Berry Patch family, you have access to a licensed Parent and Family Educator as part of the program. We are delighted to have Becky Danielson, M.Ed, on staff and available to you for one-on-one conversations at no additional cost. Electronic Student Form is HERE. The State of MN requires child care programs to have specific information on file for each child in their care. We are very excited to have many of our paper forms consolidated into ONE ONLINE FORM for the 2021-2022 school year. We must have a health care summary signed by your health care professional on file for each child in our program as well as a copy of your child's immunization record.
If you are seeking a loving community where you can share your passion for teaching young children, you have come to the right place. A 4-year bachelor degree, or the appropriate qualifications required by the state licensing department. Appreciation and understanding of the importance of being in partnership with the parents in the education of their children.
