Unbelievable experience with All Out Performance and I owe it all to Will!
Will went above and beyond with service and communication throughout the entire process. My truck had an OEM problem, he did all the research and communication with my warranty service and GMC to get me the newly revised part to install. Will and his guys are GREAT! I broke down (dead starter) in a nearby business and live an hour away. They got it going enough to get it to the shop and fix it for me in a couple of hours. It's hard to find a shop that cares about your predicament more than their schedule.

Wonderful shop! I literally cannot say enough good things about these guys. Will is my man! Up front about how getting my Ecodiesel repaired was going to go, gave me a complete step by step walk through. This shop has earned my trust and went above and beyond every step of the way. My previous car was a mercedes benz which we purchased and serviced through the dealership- Will's and company's customer service and care was on level and a fraction of the cost. This place is amazing!! I want to thank Will for all that he did to help me!! He went to go pick up my vehicle from another shop that didn't help any and Will found out everything wrong with my VEH and quoted me a great prices and took care of me!!!! He is persistent and always kept me in the loop and treated me importance!! I will be going to him for all my future needs with my vehicle!! No body is perfect and that is a fact. Not everything goes as planned but when they do not go as expected I was able to count on William to make sure everything was taken care of.
Lets start with my Duramax pushing 300k miles and had a clogged DPF. Just starting my move from the west coast to Texas and having all kinds of issues towing not able to break the 50 mph barrier without the truck going into ecu fail safe mode. William was able to diagnose and fix the major issue to the truck. When picking up the truck from service there was an issue and I was dead stick on the the road not far from the

I brought my truck in for a transmission swap. Will took beyond excellent care of me. I purchased a transmission and had it delivered directly to the shop. He kept me updated the entire time as the job was being done. We hit a couple snags during the process with parts missing from the shipment but he worked with me and kept me updated as the parts arrived and was able to get my truck back in the shop as soon as the parts were in his hand. Overall top notch work and great customer service. I will for sure return for any other repairs or performance needs.
