I love the location and the floor plans. It's a friendly place where people speak to you and my dog Sammy loves that people stop to give him attention! The staff are wonderful and will do anything they can to help a resident. Parking is plentiful and garages are available at a very reasonable price. I'm retired and I have met several other retired people who live here, too!

I’d give 10+ stars if I could! The office staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make your long term or short term stay here as comfortable as possible. They are always willing to help, and succeed expectations, at that. The complex is clean and well kept-thank you to the wonderful maintenance guy who is out there every day cleaning… up the parking lots and keeping the recreational areas in tip top shape! The maintenance guys came out to fix our tub, when we first moved in, in a prompt manor and we’re very respectful and understanding of our busy schedule to get

Cons: Cheap materials used to build the apartment. For example I’m on the first floor - I could hear my neighbors walking on the 3rd floor (no 2nd floor neighbors at the time). I… constantly step on the staples used To keep the carpet down. Fiancé has to hammer them down every once in a while. You can see the vinyl in the bathroom floors “ripple” because of heat and/or moisture.

Love it here but the neighbors above us have no respect for who lives below them. Noise is out of control and it's not fair that me and my family gets woken up on wkends to obsessive noise from their child. Where is the respect for one another. Something needs to be done. I think summerwind should have a meeting with all tenants and go over noise control in the complex.

I have contacted to office several times by email, phone, and in person concerning the amount of noise from my upstairs neighbor. This noise lasts all day, specifically, running across the floor over and over, stomping, and loud bangs. It has gotten to the point where my family is disturbed at 4 a.m. and 5 a.m. every morning, including Saturdays… and Sundays. When I talked to the office manager, Ashley, she told me, "That's just apartment living. We can't evict anyone for noise." I have told her that it has become such a problem that I have seen a doctor and been diagnosed with severe anxiety
